Formosa Gardens is the premier gated community that is situated just minutes away from Disney, the attractions, and all of the shops and restaurants.

This gated exclusive development of large, executive 4, 5 and 6 bedroom vacation villa homes surrounded by wide boulevards and palm fringed streets also has spectacular lakes and views. This executive community is an ideal vacation location stay for families.

Formosa Gardens community is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - less than 3 miles from the Disney theme parks, so that you can be first in the gates each morning!

Living Area

We have a formal sitting area with leather sofas and a family room with more leather sofas, TV and DVD/VCR. You can unwind with the Playstation 2 with several games and dance mat.

Kitchen

There is a large open kitchen with corian worksurfaces and breakfast nook.

Dining Area

Breakfast nook and formal sitting area with leather sofas and a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 12 for those special occasions.

Bedrooms

We have two king master suites, two queen rooms, a twin room and twin loft over full bed all with Satellite TV giving a huge choice of channels. The master suites have an LCD TV with VCR / DVD players; other bedrooms all have VCRs.

Games Room

There is also a games room to relax with a game of pool or darts.

Pool Deck Area

Our south-facing pool area has an oversized spa and a kiddie pool (with offset umbrella to provide shade for the little ones) in a very large and private screened deck. Unlike most houses in the area, our home has gas heating which means that the spa heats up in a matter of minutes to give you a blissful end to a day at the parks. There is a pool safety screen available but pool door alarms are also fitted for your peace of mind.

Amenities

This is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. Our home is bright and spacious and features 8 foot high doorways and venetian blinds on all windows and glass doors (including the front door for extra privacy). The house is also equipped with two travel cots (cribs) with bassinets, changing trays and bedding, a high chair, booster seat, baby monitor and strollers along with some toys and games for children of all ages. There are even stairgates available too.
