The living area is adjasent to the kitchen/dining area creating a large open plan layout. This stylish room is spacious, comfortably furnished and leads out through the sliding patio doors on to the pool and lanai area.
This room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, offering a 3 piece suite, large remote cable t.v with DVD and ceiling fan.
A separate sitting room with sleeper sofa, remote cable t.v and PS2 with games provides the space for extra peace and quiet.
Kitchen
The kitchen/dining area is equipped with appliances and utensils to cater for your every
need. Cooker/hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker,dishwasher, double sink and large fridge/freezer with ice maker, are just some of the luxury appliances on offer.

A large dinette table and chairs sit in front of a window in the dining area.
There is a phone for the use of free local calls and for international calls using a phone card.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is spacious, with a large ensuite, walk in wardrobe, private access to the lanai, a king sized bed, ceiling fan and remote cable t.v. The ensuite consists of a large shower, corner bath, twin wash basins and separate toilet.

Pool Deck Area
Given its south facing aspect the lanai gives you the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine at any time of day without being overlooked.
As Florida is renowned for its sunshine and can get extremely hot, a covered area with
ceiling fan allows you to relax whilst keeping cool.
Pool side furniture including sunloungers, are provided for use at your conveniance.
