Palm Villa enjoys a superb waterfront location on Punta gorda Isles; an exclusive boating community
on Charlotte Harbour, an ideal location to explore this beautiful part of the Gulf Coast and the nearby islands and beaches of Boca grande, Sanibel, and Captiva.
From its own private boat dock you can fish, enjoy the fantastic sunsets, or maybe rent a boat and explore the 120 square miles of sparkling water that make up Charlotte Harbour.

Living Area
A large spacious lounge with wide screen TV/DVD/stereo opens out onto the pool deck.
Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and all other mod-cons
Dining Area
Outside dining overlooking the pool and waterway, BBQ.
Bedrooms
There is a master suite with king sized bed & TV.
The suite opens directly onto the pool deck and canal.
The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, corner bath, and his&her washbasins.
There is one double bedroom with a queen sized bed & 2 further twin bedded rooms.
There are two further bathrooms.
Games Room
For small children ther is an outside play area with swings, slides, and climbing frame.
For bigger children there is Air Hockey & Table football
Pool Deck Area
A huge South kidney shaped pool has optional electric heating, and multi-colored underwater lighting.
There are plenty of sunloungers etc and an outside dining table for 8 people.
A large gas BBQ is provided for outdoor meals.
