Location Description
'Palm Tree' Villa is situated in the community of Westbury near Davenport and although a quiet and peaceful community, the Villa is just 12 minutes drive from the Disney World attractions and downtown Orlando and International Drive.
Close to restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls, 'Palm Tree' Villa is situated on the Highway 27 corridor, close to Interstate 4, the Villa is ideally situated for both the East and West coasts of Florida.

Living Area
'Palm Tree' Villa is a fully air-conditioned home with all modern facilities which can comfortably sleep six guests.
The lounge has a vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan with plenty of natural lighting and comfortable seating where after a long day enjoying the local sights and attractions you can relax in front of our 42" LCD Flat screen with Cable television and DVD.
One of the two settees can convert into a comfortable Queen sized bed if required which could increase the number of guests to eight.
There is access from the lounge to the pool and extensive patio area via patio doors. There is also WiFi throughout the Villa.
Kitchen
The kitchen / breakfast area consists of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer and all other modern appliances and convieniences that would be expected from a luxury Villa.
Dining Area
The separate formal dining area can seat six adults comfortably which would be ideal for those more formal dinner parties in the evening.
Bedrooms
The Villa has three spacious bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with ensuite facilities with a double walk in shower unit. There are two further twin bedrooms, both with Cable TV, which share a bathroom with bath and shower.
Games Room
The games room houses a full sized quality pool table and full sized table fussball. There is also an electronic dartboard.
Pool Deck Area
The large private heated swimming pool is so inviting you will not want to leave it and it is screened to keep the local wildlife at arms length.
For your peace of mind there are child safety alarms on all rear doors to keep you well aware if the young ones venture too close to the water.
We have provided a Patio table and six chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast as the sun comes up or alternatively just eat el-fresco in the evening whilst being calmed by the fibre-optic Pool lighting. You will also find plenty of lounge seating to ensure that you can soak up the warm Florida sun or just relax and read a book.
Amenities
If you are a keen golfer you will find the Villa is ideally situated close to 35 Golf courses, including the famous Champions Gate Golf Complex.
