Living Area
There are two dining areas one in the kitchen and the other in the entrance room for those special dinners. There is a 99 channel cable television situated in both the living room and master bedroom. There is also a video recorder and DVD player in the living room where you can relax in one of the two luxuriously comfortable settees and unwind after a day of fun packed action. There are a few videos supplied and others can be bought or hired locally.
Kitchen
The breakfast kitchen is fully fitted and has every appliance that anyone could need including full size electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee percolator, blender and an enormous fridge freezer with automatic icemaker for those chilled beers and soft drinks.
Dining Area
The main dining table is set within the main entrance hall adjacent to the kitchen area. Offering a relaxing dining experience beneath the chandelier and soft decor, a lovely place to sit and relax and enjoy that home cooked dinner.
Bedrooms
The villa has 2 Queen size double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The master suite comprises of a Queen size bed, T.V. and video, complete with a very spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, 2 marble sinks, toilet and walk in wardrobe housing a private safe. The master suite leads out to the magnificent fully screened heated swimming pool for that early morning dip
Bedroom 2 and 3 also have T.V. and video player and share the second bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink.
Fold away beds, a cot/crib are also available for parties of more than 6 and these are provided FREE of charge.

The fully fitted air conditioned games room has a POOL TABLE,AIR HOCKEY, ELECTRONIC DARTS, A PC WITH FREE INTERNET ACCESS, WI FI also available, A T.V., VIDEO AND A RADIO/CD STERIO SYSTEM.
Pool Deck Area
The 30 foot south facing private pool and spa bath is heated by two means, solar, which keeps the temperature perfect for those summer months and electric for days when it requires assistance to maintain a constant enjoyable temperature. Enjoy an early morning dip or relax with a late evening soak.
Table, chairs and sun loungers will help you relax, dine or party outside day or night. There is a lanai area for those who prefer to spend time in the shade also.
All 3 exits from the villa to the pool area are child safe proof with alarms fitted to each door for peace of mind.
