Our luxury villa is perfectly placed in the popular Windwood Bay community of secluded and luxurious homes in Davenport, Florida, less than six miles, 10 minutes, from Disney's doorstep. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this elegant vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests in splendid comfort, with a maximum licensed occupancy of 12. The main highway, Interstate 4, is only a few minutes away where you can drive to Disney Theme Parks and other attractions within ten minutes, visit a multitude of shops, restaurants, shows and absorb the vibrant Florida lifestyle and sunshine.

Living Area
Palace in Wonderland Villa has a spacious family room with sumptuous sofa, love seat and chair to relax in during the day or evening, together with a coffee table and occasional tables with lamps, entertainment centre with a large screen 55-inch HD-TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo system. Or you can sit in the separate upstairs den with 32-inch cable TV, PlayStation 2 with games, and even a Karaoke machine with VCG discs! There are several board games provided and a selection of DVDs and books. If you’re looking for peace and quiet then sit in our spacious and quiet entrance lounge area. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities. This vacation home also offers a FREECALL telephone system - so that you can make FREE local, long distant and international telephone calls
Kitchen
Dining in or out is easy at Palace in Wonderland Villa. Prepare a family feast or a quick snack in our fully equipped kitchen with state of the art black color coded worktops, sink and appliances, including: oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice machine and cooled filtered drinking water, waste disposal, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. There is a seperate laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.
Dining Area
You can choose to eat at either the breakfast nook, the dining room, at the breakfast bar area, or out by the pool. Or if you prefer someone else to do the work - why not eat out at one of the many restaurants and eateries just a couple of minutes away at the impressive Champions Gate where your find numerous shops, a pharmacy, fast food, supermarket, gas station and near by golf courses.
Bedrooms
Sleeping at Palace in Wonderland is as comforting as can be, with a sleep-soft king-size bed in the first master bedroom suite, a chaise to relax on, a dresser with 27-inch cable TV, nightstands with lamps and a clock/radio alarm. It has a master bathroom with his n hers mirrored vanity basins, a jet-spa Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, toilet, hair drier and a huge walk-in closet. The second master bedroom suite also boasts a king-size bed, dresser with 20-inch cable TV, nightstand with lamp and clock/radio/alarm, large walk-in closet space, a master bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, shower/bath, toilet and hair drier. There is a third double bedroom with queen-size bed, dresser and 20 cable TV, ample closet and dresser space, which is located on the ground floor. It has an en-suite bathroom, with shower/bath, mirrored vanity basin, toilet, hair drier and a second door to access the swimming pool deck area. The two twin bedrooms are perfect for the kids, and both have 2 twin beds, nightstand and lamp, dresser, cable TV, and walk-in closet space. They share a 4th family bathroom with twin mirrored vanity basins, shower/bath, toilet and hair drier. There is also a fifth separate toilet on the ground floor. Finally, the sofas in the den and the lounge can be converted to queen-size sleepers as required.
Games Room
The games room is fully equiped with a full-size 8-foot pool table, foosball table and air hockey. You can relax at the bar stools and table and look at the stunning sports murals while waiting for your turn to play. The games room has two baseball themed ceiling fans to keep you cool while playing. You will also find some swimming pool floats and games stored here.
Pool Deck Area
The sun-drenched South/West facing extended landscaped pool deck area gives sunshine right through to sunset and gives ample space to play around the sparkling pool. The enhanced pool design has two waterfalls, fiber optic multi-colored lighting, sun shelf and raised bubbling spa. Relax on the sun loungers or dine al-fresco under the shaded lanai area. The gardens are well maintained with the front, rear and large side garden landscaped with tropical plants, shrubs and palms. Additionally, privacy in the pool area has been maximized by surrounding the screened area with tropical flora.

Palace in Wonderland is one of the few holiday villas’ to have gained the prestigious rental agents platinum rating at Windwood Bay. This is due to the no expense spared fittings, fixtures, furniture, accommodation, games room and leisure facilities, seven TVs including a large 55 inch screen TV, DVD, and VCR.
