Situated in the heart of Kissimmee, our LUXURY 3- bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in Windward Cay with private swimming pool,wi-fi and games room .Updated to a very high standard.
Location Description
The villa is in a relaxed, tranquil setting and yet is only minutes away from Highway 192 (Road to Disney) with its vast choice of shops, restaurants and entertainment.The Disney Theme Parks are less than 10 minutes away.

Living Area
A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the tiled lounge along with a DVD player. The Villa is Newly tastefully decorated in the “contemporary style” the Floridian style and is of course air conditioned. Additional ceiling fans are provided in the lounge and Master Bedroom.
Kitchen
The villa has a fully equipped tiled kitchen with an extensive range of equipment including an oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, George Forman Grill,dishwasher, and waste disposal unit.
There is also a large washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility closet.
Dining Area
Large dining table and seating for up to 8 people.
Bedrooms
The Master Bedroom has a luxurious Queen Size bed with matching units and flat screen TV. Patio doors lead out to the pool area. The adjoining en-suite bathroom has walk- in shower, bath tub along with a Vanity unit.
The second bedroom is decorated in “Winnie the Pooh” theme.
“Pooh’s” room has a multi coloured bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed at the top, all with “Winnie the Pooh” Bedding to match the additional single bed. This room sleeps 4 comfortably. TV is also provided.
The third bedroom has a Full size bed, TV & Walk-in wardrobe; it shares the family bathroom consisting of a sink vanity unit, tub, and shower, with “Poohs” room.
Allowing the villa to accommodate 8 people in comfort.
Games Room
Pool table, table tennis table and football table to keep the kids amused.
Pool Deck Area
Your private pool is fully screened and backs onto a peaceful wooded area. It has luxury cushioned furniture for outside dining or just drinks by the pool. It also has an multi-coloured underwater pool light for evening usage after a long enjoyable day at the theme parks. Pool heating is available as an optional extra at £80 per week.
