Bellavida Resort is a well-established gated and guarded vacation home community which is situated just minutes away from Disney, the attractions, and all of the shops and restaurants. This much sought after community is a development of executive 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom villas surrounded by wide boulevards, open grass areas, and small lakes. Bellavida Resort is a popular location for vacationers. Bellavida Resort has a large 6700 Sq Ft Grand clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes. It also benefits from a large luxurious pool area as well as other activities such as Walking trail, fishing dock, and basket ball court.

Bellavida Resort is located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4 - approximately 6 miles from the Disney theme parks. It is located behind Medieval Times and close to the 24 hours grocery mega store WalMart.

Attractions near Bellavida Resort

Disney is the closest major attraction to Bellavida Resort. Within around 10-15 minutes you could be visiting either of the four main parks or two water parks, plus the numerous other Disney attractions.

Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club is very close to the entrance on Formosa Gardens Boulevard. Mystic Dunes is a Par 71 course 7,000 yard course with full service pro shop and practice facility – fantastic for any keen golfer.

Junction 71 of the I4 takes you to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. A little further north on the I4 takes you to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

For an alternative to the theme parks, remember the Golf at Champions Gate and indeed the numerous other courses around the Orlando area.

Restaurants near Bellavida Resort

A 2 minute drive takes you to the 192, with a vast array of restaurants. Too many to mention but includes, Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, Black Angus, Perkins, Ponderosa, Red Lobster, Outback, enough in fact for a different style of eatery every night of the week.

At Champions Gate which is a 5-10 minute drive, you will find a Chillis restaurant, McDonalds and a small Pizza Hut for collections or home deliveries. Also a Dunkin Donuts - Great for a little treat!

Shopping near Bellavida Resort

The Formosa gardens shopping complex is nearby with numerous restaurants and a large supermarket for all your needs.

Within 2-3 minutes drive of the community you will find Publix for supermarket shopping, you will also find pharmacies of CSV and Walgreens, a couple of gas stations and banks, not forgetting to mention several small independent shops.

Take a trip north up Interstate I4 and within 30 minutes you would have the options of Orlando Premium Outlets, or Florida Mall.

Other places to go near Bellavida Resort

For something different, visit Disney Celebration. This is not another Disney theme park but a purpose built residential community. With a selection of small shops, restaurants, a lovely lake to walk around and there is even a cinema which doubles up as a Church. It’s a nice quiet alterative on days when you want to go at a little slower pace or have a relaxing evening meal.

For a more adventurous day, easy access to Interstate I4 gives you the option of visiting Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. Head in the other direction and you have the option of Kennedy Space Centre or Cocoa beach.
