Lake Wilson Preserve is a picturesque Mediterranean style development of just 96 villa homes. With its close proximity to the Theme Parks, Restaurants on US 192 and local facilities at Champions Gate, Lake Wilson Preserve is a popular location for vacationers.

Lake Wilson is located just 2 minutes from US Interstate I4, junction 58. The community can be found 250 yards from the intersection of Osceola Polk Line Road and Old Lake Wilson Road.

Attractions near Lake Wilson Preserve
Disney is the closets major attraction to Lake Wilson. Within around 10-15 minutes you could be visiting either of the four main parks or two water parks, plus the numerous other Disney attractions.

Junction 71 of the I4 takes you to SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica. A little further north on the I4 takes you to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

For an alternative to the theme parks, remember the Golf at Champions Gate and indeed the numerous other courses around the Orlando area.

Restaurants near Lake Wilson Preserve
At Champions Gate which is a 2-3 minute drive, you will find a Chillis restaurant, McDonalds and a small Pizza Hut for collections or home deliveries. Also a Dunkin Donuts - Great for a little treat!

A 10 minute drive down road 545 Old Lake Wilson Road takes you to the 192, with a vast array of restaurants. Too many to mention but includes, Cracker Barrel, TGI Fridays, Black Angus, Perkins, Ponderosa, Red Lobster, Outback, enough in fact for a different style of eatery every night of the week.

Shopping near Lake Wilson Preserve
Within 2-3 minutes drive of the community you will find Publix for supermarket shopping (2 stores), you will also find pharmacies of CSV and Walgreens, a couple of gas stations and banks, not forgetting to mention several small independent shops.

More shopping is available 10 minutes away at Posner Park where you will find Target, J.C. Penney, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Belk Department Stores and more.

Take a trip north up Interstate I4 and within 30 minutes you would have the options of Orlando Premium Outlets, or Florida Mall.

Other places to go near Lake Wilson Preserve
For something different, visit Disney Celebration. This is not another Disney theme park but a purpose built residential community. With a selection of small shops, restaurants, a lovely lake to walk around and there is even a cinema which doubles up as a Church. It’s a nice quiet alterative on days when you want to go at a little slower pace or have a relaxing evening meal.

For a more adventurous day, easy access to Interstate I4 gives you the option of visiting Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. Head in the other direction and you have the option of Kennedy Space Centre or Cocoa beach.
