Ashley Manor is one of the smallest communities in the Orlando area consisting of only 24 homes.

It is ideally located off County Road 54 just 10 minutes s from junction 58 of the I4 (old 24).

Access can easily be gained to Disney just 15 minutes away via the I4, 192 or alternatively the new toll road 429 just a few minutes away.

Sea World, Universal and the other main attractions in the area can be reached easily within 25 minutes.

A convenience store approximately 300 yards away is very useful for essentials and the nearest supermarket, Publix is a five minute drive along Lake Wilson Road, found opposite Reunion the multi -million dollar golf resort. You will find a range of shops and takeaways here with a number of restaurants including Chili’s family restaurant at Championsgate. In addition the many restaurants located on the 192 are an easy 10 minute drive away.

Orlando International airport is a simple drive of 25 minutes along Highway 417 and the I4 with Sanford airport just 55 minutes. The nearest large shopping area is just 10 minutes away at Posner Park where stores such as JC Penney and Belk can be found.
