LUXURY 5 BED/4 BATH VILLA WITH S/W FACING POOL & SPA SLEEPS UPTO 12. IT HAS 3 MASTERS BEDROOMS AND 2 TWIN BEDDED ROOMS. 15 MINUTES TO DISNEY.GAMES ROOM.
Location Description
Our stunning villa is situated on the prestgious Orange Tree Community which is to the west of Disney on Highway 27 2.5 miles to the north of the 192. It is a 15 minutes drive to Disney, 30 minutes to Universal and 20 minutes to Sea World. Within 5 minutes there are shops, banks,restaurants, supermarkets and several Championship Golf courses.
The Gulf and Atlantic coasts are approximately 1.5 hours drive. It is 30 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 1 hour to Sanford Airport.

Living Area
The living area is large, light and spacious with 2 sofas one of which is a queen size sleeper sofa, armchair, cable TV and a DVD player. It overlooks the pool area with patio doors leading onto the lanai.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay including a cooker, microwave,dishwasher and fridge freezer. In the utility room there is a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.
Dining Area
The formal dining area has a table and seating for 6 people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook with seating for 4 people.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a cable tv and the en suite bathroom has a shower, bathtub, double vanity area and toilet. there is direct access to the pool.
The 2nd master also has a queen size bed and cable TV. The en suite bathroom has a shower, vanity unit and toilet, it also has access to the pool area.
At the front of the villa is a double bedroom with cable TV and an adjoining full bathroom.
The 2 twin bedded bedrooms have cable TV's and they have a shared full bathroom.
Games Room
For those guests who still require further activities our new Games Room has a pool table, Foosball and Dart board to occupy the evenings after a day at the parks etc.
Pool Deck Area
The South West facing pool and spa enjoying the sun nearly all day. The large lanai provides plenty of shade especially for the small children. There is a safety screen between the lanai and the pool, to keep little ones away from the water, can be removed if you require. It is equipped with sun loungers,a table and chairs and a gas BBQ for dining alfresco in the evenings.
Amenities
Within the Orange Tree community there is a soccer pitch, basketball court, tennis courts along with a play area for the younger members of the family all within a couple of minutes walk. It is also close to several golf courses and Lake Louise State Park with nature trails, cycling, walking and fishing.

Other Rental Charges Information
The above rates are inclusive of taxes. For stays of less than 7 days there is a cleaning charge of £50/$100. Pool heat is optional at £16/$25 per day (recommended Nov - April). For bookings of 21 days or more we are happy to offer a discount. A security deposit of £150/$300 is required along with the final balance payment. The security deposit is returnable after an inspection by our management company.
