Luxury 4 bed / 3 bath detached villa with private heated pool / spa, broadband internet connection and games room on High Grove Gated Community, 10 mins from Disney.
Location Description
Ideally located at junction of Highway 27 and 192, 10 mins from Animal Kingdom, across road from large Walmart, 1/2 mile to Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets. All restaurants etc on 192 close by. Golf approx 2 miles and dozens of courses in area. Irish bar at gates to High Grove.
Approx 3 miles from Bahama Bay Carribean Style Resort, which our guests are permitted to visit.
Orlando International airport approx 30 mins, Sanford approx 45 mins.
As we have visited the area several times, we are in an excellent position to advise our guests on how to make the most of the whole Florida experience.

Living Area
Lounge has a double sofabed, cable TV, DVD, selection of books and games. FREE phone calls to USA, Canada, UK and several other countries. Great to keep in touch with home and to check out the details of restaurants, leisure facilities etc. FREE wifi broadband connection.
Kitchen
Light, spacious kitchen with washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc. etc.
Dining Area
Dining table to seat 6 guests comfortably.
Bedrooms
King size en-suite bedroom with 6 bed, Queen Size en-suite bedroom with 5 bed, both with direct access to pool area. 2 twin rooms sharing 'Jack and Jill' en-suite bathroom.
Games Room
Games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, fusball (table football)traditional British style dartboard.
Pool Deck Area
Private heated screened pool with jacuzzi. Pool side furniture and sunbeds. Alarms on doors for added safety.
Amenities
Clubhouse with broadband internet access, pool table, fusball, large plasma TV, fitness room, large pool, spa etc etc. There is now a selection of arcade games in the club house. Its a great place for adults and kids alike to meet new friends. For added security, this is a gated community. The community lawns etc are scrupiously maintained by a groundworks company, and the trash/bins are emptied twice a week.

Deposit (non-refundable) of £100 pw to secure booking. Balance 8 weeks prior to vacation.
Security / damage deposit (credit card swipe) of $250 left at Management Company offices on collection of keys. Returned in full if no damage etc.
