Our beautiful air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa, with enlarged private pool, spa, extended pool deck and games room has many additional features to make your stay a memorable one.
Location Description
Situated within the prestigious gated commumnity of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, our villa enjoys tranquil surroundings yet is only 20 minutes from DisneyWorld and within easy reach of the other theme parks. Our location just off Highway 27, south of I4, gives easy access to the theme parks without using toll roads and avoiding the busy Highway 192. Within the villa complex itself there is a boat ramp and fishing pier. There is 24 hour shopping and a golf course within 2 minutes drive of the villa. The newly opened shopping area at Posner Park and many other shops, restaurants and golf courses are also a short drive away.
Our location is also very convenient for trips to Legoland, Busch Gardens and Bok Tower.

Living Area
The family room has a 50" widescreen HD TV with cable channels and Blu-Ray/DVD player (with DVDs). It looks out over the patio and pool area.
Kitchen
If you would like to cook your own food as a change from using the many local restaurants (including the famous Manny's Chop House) we have a large fully fitted kitchen including a full-size fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, full-size cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, a wide range of other appliances, crockery, silverware and all the utensils you are likely to need.
Dining Area
The dining area adjoining the kitchen seats 8 comfortably and has views through the front bay window.
Bedrooms
The 2 master bedrooms have king size beds, en suite bathrooms and direct access to the pool deck. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. All the bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD, and in addition to the air-conditioning are fitted with ceiling fans to enhance your night time comfort after a hectic day's enjoyment of the theme parks. The two en-suite bedrooms have cable channels on the TVs. Option: two twin beds can be configured as a King for a small charge.
Games Room
Our teenage (or older!) guests will enjoy the games room with its 7ft pool table, air hockey, Nintendo Wii console (with games) and electronic dartboard, while a toy box and cushioned floor caters for our younger guests.
Pool Deck Area
Our extended pool deck around the 28ft pool/spa is the full width of the villa, allowing plenty of room for you to soak up the sun on our comfortable pool furniture, and additional lighting has been installed for your night-time swim or spa session. Beach towels are provided for use around the pool. A gas BBQ grill is provided just outside the pool screen.
Amenities
In order for you to share your holiday experience with the friends and family back home, we provide free phone calls to USA, Canada, UK and European landlines. You may also bring your own computer and take advantage of our free secure wireless internet. All this luxury comes with the additional security of a child safety fence in the pool/spa area, a fire/intruder security system, a small safe and high-level locks on all doors to the pool area. Covers are fitted to all easily-accessible power sockets (outlets). We also provide a child's high chair, pack and play(travel cot) and stroller.
Bed linen and towels are provided. There is also a full-sized US washer and dryer for your personal laundry needs.
Our friendly and professional management company is based only a few minutes away if help or advice is required.
