Living Area

Looking out onto covered lanai area and pool. It includes a 3 seater and 2 seater with coffee table, digital cable TV (over 200 channels) DVD player and separate Hifi with CD, tape and radio.

Kitchen

Includes oven & hob with separate microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster. A table and 4 chairs provides an informal dining area or breakfast area. A laundry area is also located here with washer and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. A door leads to the double garage.

Dining Area

A second living area features 3 seater bed settee with 2 chairs and coffee table. The bed settee opens out to accommodate 2 people.

It also includes a formal dining area with table & 6 chairs.

Includes a king size bed with 2 bedside lockers, storage unit and r/c television. A door leads to the covered lanai area and pool.

Pool Deck Area

The fabulous freeform swimming pool can be accessed from the main living area or the master bedroom. A covered lanai area also includes a table and chairs and some sun loungers. The pool also has a children's safety fence around it.

Mission Park is a recent development and benefits from a communal area which includes a swimming pool, childrens play area and basketball court.

Free WIFI & phone calls
We have recently installed a high speed broadband connection (up to 7Meg), this is provided through a wireless router.

In addition to the broadband connection we have also installed a Vonage phone systems which allows voice calls over the internet.

This means free calls to landlines in the US and UK. Calls to mobiles and premium rate numbers will be chargeable.
