This new executive villa on Rotonda West, Florida and has been luxuriously fitted out as it was originally going to be a private home. Overlooking a tranquil lake which hosts a wonderful display of wild life. It is situated in a quiet residential area, with few neighbours and no passing traffic as there is no outlet.

Living Area
This family home is furnished to the highest standard and offers over 2,400 sq. ft living space. It comprises of a Family room with entertainment centre. There is also a formal living room where you can relax.
Kitchen
The kitchen is large are very well equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and every bit of equipment you would want. Along side this is what we call another dining table or you could even eat from the bar.
Dining Area
The more formal dining area if also well equipped and will hold six at the grand table.
Bedrooms
It comprises of the Master Bedroom with TV, which has an en-suite with Jacuzzi bath, walk-in wardrobe and 2 further double bedrooms on with TV with bathroom.
Pool Deck Area
We have a full lanai with table and seating for 6, plus 4 matching loungers for the sun soakers. Which all looks onto a lovely pool.

Extremely well equipped with pool floats, beach equipment, cool boxes and bycycles.
