Villa Name: Minnies Pad
Villa ID: YZS778
Villa Area: Kissimmee

A beautiful 7 bedroom 4 bathroom 2 story villa with large 30ft X 15ft SOUTH FACING private pool and spa, overlooking Nature Reserve and lake.
Location Description
Crescent Lakes is a tranquil and beautiful up market development, surrounded by an enormous wooded Conservation Area including the Reedy Creek Nature Preserve.
The homes in Crescent Lakes are found in small communities shared by Florida residents and home owners guests with many homes backing onto the Conservation Area or overlooking one of the many fish stocked lakes. Guests are welcome to fish in any of the lakes.
There are nature walks on boarded walkways where exotic wildlife and birds can be seen. However don't be surprised if you see the odd bird or two walking past the pool!
The homes are built on very large plots ensuring lots of space and privacy. MinniesPad is situated on a premium lot at the head of a quiet cul de sac on Willow Bend backing onto the vast wooded Conservation Area and all the wildlife that live there with a fish stocked lake to the left.
There is a basketball court, a number of Children's playgrounds and pavements throughout for safe walking.
Crescent Lakes is situated in Kissimmee south on Poinciana Boulevard approximately 10 minutes from Highway 192 and the historic Old Town. Close enough to everything that Orlando has to offer, 15 minutes drive to Disney, yet far enough to ensure that days spent in our home and around the pool are for true relaxation.
It is only a few minutes drive to the nearby town of Poinciana, where you will find a selection of restaurants, take aways and a Super Walmart. There is a Publix supermarket close by and an abundance of restaurants can be found on the 192.
Not far from our home you will find Horse Riding, Green Meadows Animal Petting farm and Boggy Creek Airboat rides.

Games Room
We have converted the garage into a fully equipped Games Room. This is not full of cheap rubbish that will break with regular use or something we have put together on a shoe string budget.
There is an 8ft slate bed pool table, a full size table tennis table, a foosball table, an air hockey table and an electronic dart board. As you would expect there are also all the cues, bat's and balls you need. You will also find a full size washer and dryer and utility sink in the laundry area for keeping on top of the washing.
Pool Deck Area
One of the most important areas of any villa is the pool. Our huge SOUTH FACING pool, extended deck and covered lanai has ample room for fun. The 8 ft spa can refresh those aching limbs after walking around and around the theme parks. The pool is 30ft X 15ft alone; some decks aren't even this big!
For those of you who like your privacy (we do) you are not at all overlooked. We have a beautiful conservation outlook that means absolutely no rear neighbours, apart from the local wildlife! To the left of our pool area is a large pond. Bring a rod if you like fishing. There may even be a small alligator! The extended deck area also provides a 30ft covered lanai area with table and chairs for alfresco dining if you fancy cooking dinner on the electric BBQ provided. The pool and spa have lights for those who fancy a swim in the evening. There are plenty of comfy sun beds for relaxing whilst enjoying days around the pool.
We have a child safety fence around the pool and spa and all doors out onto the pool area are alarmed.
Pool and spa heating is available at an extra change and is recommended between November and March. Spa only heating is also available. A pool cover is provided to help maintain the temperature once heated.
Amenities
As you would expect all bedding is provided. There are plenty of towels supplied, not only for the bathrooms, but also large beach towels for use around the pool and spa.
The house has its own safe to secure your valuables while you are out.
We have a superb local management company who inspect our villa before and after each guest to ensure a clean and inviting home awaits you when you arrive.
FREE Wireless Internet is provided at MinniesPad
We also provide all guests with FREE National and International phone calls to keep in touch with home.
MinniesPad is a NO SMOKING villa.
