Location Description
Sandy Ridge is an upmarket community located just 7 miles from Walt Disney World. This neighbourhood sits nestled just outside of Orlando, Florida and has quickly become one of the most desired resorts in the Orlando area.
Sandy Ridge is only a 30 minute drive from the Orlando International Airport, and is situated close to all of Orlando’s famous attractions.
PUBLIC supermarket and a CVS pharmacy are just 2 minutes drive from Sandy Ridge, with more shopping / eating places available at Champions Gate near the junction to access the Highway I-4 (4 minutes drive.) At Champions Gate there is a McDonald’s, Subway, petrol station, banking facilities and Italian and Chinese restaurants which both deliver to Sandy Ridge.
There are several outstanding golf courses within a few minutes drive of the villa, including Champions Gate and Reunion - the only place where you will find Signature Design courses by three of golf’s greatest legends: Jack Nicklaus, Tom Watson and Arnold Palmer.
Sandy Ridge also has a small children’s play area within a minute from the villa.
Mickey's Place is on a very quiet safe road away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, and you will be able to relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings in this beautiful villa. At the back of the villa is conservation ground and a grassed area.
The villa is in a great location for all of central Florida's main attractions.

Other Rental Charges Information
Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Prices are inclusive of Florida State Taxes.
Rates also available in US($), Euro (€) and GBP Sterling (£) upon request.
£150/$240 per week or part week booking deposit payable upon confirmation of the booking.
Remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Refundable security deposit of £200/$400 payable with final rental payment - refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to satisfactory inspection. This payment is separate from the cost of renting the villa and is to cover any damage that may occur (fair wear and tear accepted.)
Pool heating is an additional charge of £90/$150 per week (recommended October to April.)
For stays of less than 7 days, cleaning will be charged at $100/£60 in addition to the pro rated weekly rental rate.
Booking 'terms and conditions' will be sent to you on acceptance of an email quotation.
Payment accepted in US$ cheque, US bank transfer, paypal, UK Sterling cheque and UK bank transfer.
Prior to your holiday you will be sent the driving directions, security number to obtain the keys to the property, and the Management Company phone number and contact details.
