Ideally located at the rear of the community away from US27, this villa is 12 minutes from Disney.
There is an abundance of golf courses between 2 and 20 minutes drive. Publix Supermarket is across the road and Walmart is 5 minutes drive from us. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes also.

Other Rental Charges Information
As well as the use of your very own private pool, Hampton Lakes offers you the use of a communal pool and also Tennis and Basketball Courts.
There is also a Childrens Play Park located directly opposite our Villa, so if you have some of your party that wish to stay by the pool in the villa and you have young children that want to play, you can all still be close together.
