Location Description
Located in the quiet community of Sunridge Woods just off the County Road 54. Just 7 miles from Disney and 2 miles from the Interstate 4 leading to Orlando, the other Theme Parks and the coast. Just two miles from Champions Gate with its shops and restaurants. Golf available at Champions Gate and Reunion, each within 2 miles.

Living Area
The main lounge is large with Cathedral ceilings and a paddle fan for extra comfort. There is a 32" TV, DVD and Video player and a CD player. Two large 3 seater sofas make for a comfortable evening in. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. The High speed wireless Internet connection is to the left of the TV. The sliding doors lead to the pool deck and there is an optional alarm to stop non swimmers and small children "escaping" to the pool
Kitchen
The Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, cooker (stove), large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
Dining Area
The Kitchen/diner has a table and comfortable seating for 6.
Bedrooms
The Main bedroom has a King sized (7feet) bed,and a large walk in cupboard also an en suite shower room with a door to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed and ample storage, it shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 which has two full size twin beds and ample storage space.
Pool Deck Area
The pool is 30 feet x 15 feet and there are comfortable loungers to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the relaxation after a day at the parks or shops. There is a table and 6 chairs for al fresco meals. The pool has a screen to stop the bugs spoiling your enjoyment. Behind the pool is a conservation area so it is not overlooked. For added comfort it can be electrically heated during the winter months at £70 per week.
Amenities
The villa is fully fitted with your comfort in mind. It is fully air conditioned. There is a washer and dryer in the garage which also has room for two cars.
