Location Description

Located just 10 minutes from Disney in the sought after commmunity of Esprit at the intersection of 192 and Route 27. Community pool , tennis and basketball courts, and a fishing pier on the 400 acre Lake Davenport are just steps from our door.
Esprit is a pleasant golf course community, although a semi-rural community, Esprit is within 5 minutes drive of supermarkets and local restaurants.
For visitors seeking the attractions, it is just 10 minutes from Disney Main Gate and 20 minutes from most other theme parks such as Seaworld and Universal Studios, it is centrally placed with easy access to the Interstate 4, for day trips to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, or Kennedy Space Center.
An active Home Owners Association keeps our community in excellent condition for both residents and visitors alike.
Our Management team are on call 24 hours a day, for your peace of mind and to help with any problems or queries you may have.

Living Area

The lounge and formal dining room are spacious and open plan looking out on to the pool area.
There are two comfortable sofas for you to relax on when reading,listening to the stereo or just chilling out, one of which converts to a double pull out sofa bed for extra guests.
For that special evening meal there is a lovely dining room table and chairs providing the perfect setting.

Kitchen

This large open plan, family area, provides a fully fitted kitchen complete with range cooker,dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer so that you can prepare those fast on the move breakfasts when visiting the parks or a full gourmet meal when having a day in the villa.

Dining Area

This area is perfect for breakfast and family meals together and overlooks the pool, there are further sofas for you to relax on whilst watching the flat screen TV or a DVD, or just taking a rest from the sun.

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has wonderfull veiws of the golf course, garden and pool,it is very generous in proportion with a large queen size bed and beautifull furniture, there is a lovley large ensuite bathroom which includes bath, shower, toilet and twin basins, off the bathroom is a large dressing room.
There is a further double bedded room and two twin bedded rooms, one of which is decorated with a Disney theme for our younger guests, all complete with built in wardrobes and drawer sets, the second bathroom is perfectly positioned to serve these rooms and includes bath, shower,toilet and two basins.
There is a dedicated laundry room which includes a large washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.
For the younger guests we provide a highchair, cot and buggy free of charge.

Games Room

For the young and young at heart, we have a fully equipped games room, complete with American pool, air hockey, table football and darts, hopefully this will help tp occupy the kids, while the adults take time to relax by the pool.

Pool Deck Area

The pool area gets the sun from early morning and cools off in the evening allowing you to sit out on a night and enjoy a cool drink or have a barbecue, we have a fully retractable awning which is great for shade or shelter from the Florida showers, it is furnished with comfortable chairs and loungers for you to relax on.
The large pool is fully maintained and cleaned for you and can be heated if you desire, it is in a private position not overlooked by other pools or villas and is surrounded with a lawned garden and timber fence, providing privacy, sequrity and a perfect place for the children to play safely.

This lovely villa is located in the sought after golf community of ESPRIT; quiet yet close to theme parks, shopping, attractions and just 2 minutes from the new 24 Hour WalMart Supercenter,
It is also a 5 minute drive to a vast choice of good restaurants and shops on the 192, many villas claim to be close to Disney, but are in fact not close to other amenities, where as our villa is perfectly placed for the minimum of driving


A large community pool as well as basketball and tennis courts are available to use during your stay as well as a 9 hole golf course that winds itself through the community and charges a nominal greens fee (carts and clubs are also available for hire).

For boating and fishing enthusiasts, Espirit is located adjacent to Lake Davenport, a 400 acre lake that allows you to experience another aspect of this versatile community.

Whatever type of holiday you desire,
