Location Description
Set in the heart of the Disney tourist area on Lindfields Boulevard is the small friendly resort of Mango Key. A small community of 33 Townhouses which offers you a peaceful place to relax and enjoy your vacation while still being close to the Disney Magic. Being so close you can return home in the afternoon to relax and swim before returning to the parks refreshed for some evening entertainment.
Animal Kingdom is our closest attraction and once on Disney property a whole exciting world awaits you. You are so close you can even hear the fireworks.
Just a short drive and you will be at Seaworld and Discovery Cove where you can swim with the dolphins. A little further and you will find Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.
There is a small selection of shops and resturants within walking distance, but for a wide and varied selection just drive a short distance and you will find all the shops you need.
The management company who look after our house have their offices on site so are there to help you and ensure you have a memorable vacation.
Being so close to the attractions you can return home in the afternoon for a swim, and return to the parks for the evening entertainment refreshed and relaxed.
For Golfers there is a wide selection of top- class courses within 15 minutes drive. Discount tickets for some courses are available from guest services.

Living Area
The open plan living area is fully tiled, has 2 comfortable sofas. (One opens to a queen size bed) side tables, coffee table foot stool rugs and lamps.Cable TV/VCR/DVD. The room is tastefully furnished with pictures and mirrors etc to make our house a real home from home.
Two sets of patio doors open onto a tiled patio/lanai which has a table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers , small tables and lamps.
Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equiped with everything are likely to need on your vacation.
There is a fridge/freezer with ice maker oven/hob microwave dishwasher coffee maker toaster kettle etc.
We provide a plentyful supply of cutlery/crockery/glasses/pots and pans etc
The Laundry area has a washer and tumble drier, iron and ironing table, vacuum cleaner, brushes etc
Dining Area
The large Dining table will comfotably seat 6 and there is also a breakfast bar.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom, with en suite bathroom, is on the ground floor and has a king sized bed,large closet,drawer units and lamps.cable TV and telephone. There is a wall mounted hair dryer in the bathroom.
For your peace of mind there is a safe located in the closet.This bathroom also has access from the living room.
Bedroom 2, with en suite bathroom, is upstairs and has twin beds, drawer units, a large closet,telephone and cable TV. There is a wall mounted hair dryer in the bathroom.
The large loft gallery has a double sleeper futon and a drawer unit and lamp.
Pool Deck Area
The crystal clear communal pool and spa are heated all year to a temp of around 83 degrees. Just think of the pleasure of swimming in a heated pool without worrying about the cost. They are set in a raised position overlooking Mango Key lake. Enjoy the refreshing sound of water from the fountain while you sunbathe.
The pool deck has a plenfiful supply of sun loungers, tables and chairs as well as umbrellas for those who want some shade. Sun or shade you choose.
Amenities
Our home is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated. For your added comfort there are ceiling fans in all rooms as well as the patio/lanai.
We provide free wireless internet access, just bring along your own computer. Free long distance and international phone calls to USA Canada, UK and over 30 other countries.
The company who manage our house are on site at Mango Key and are there to ensure you have a memorable vacation. They can arrange discounted tickets to many of the attractions and dinner shows as well as some golf courses. There is a computer in guest services for you to use and they also provide fax and copying services.
We supply all linens and towels,including pool towels.

Other Rental Charges Information
Florida State taxes of 13% will be added to these rates. We welcome short stays but regret that stays of less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning charge of £42/$63.
Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card through our managers secure site. A security deposit of £150/$250is required and will be refunded once a satisfactory inspection of the property has been carried out. This can be by cheque/check or by advising your credit card details.
We offer a 5% discount to guests who pay by cash or check/cheque.
We can sometimes offer discounted rates depending on availability or for long term bookings.
