Welcome to Magical Vacations - Making your dreams come true.
Our villa is located on a quiet road within Indian Point, a prestigious community located just off US192 in the Kissimmee area. An ideal location for Walt Disney World Resort (10 minutes), Sea World & Universal Resort (20 minutes) and the many other major attractions Central Florida has to offer.
Family-owned and cared for, it is complete with all you need for a perfect vacation. Our management company will answer any queries you may have and they are available 24/7 to solve any problem that may arise.
Orlando is a shoppers dream with its many malls and factory outlets. International Drive is only a short drive away as are the majority of the shopping malls. Local flea markets offer reasonably priced luggage - an extra case may be needed for all your bargains. Shopping for groceries and other essentials is also within easy reach, Wal-Mart (2 minutes), Target and Publix are all nearby on the 192.
The 192 is home for so many restaurants you will never be short on choice for dining out or ordering in. A number of Dinner Shows are within easy reach, e.g. Medieval Times (3 minutes), Capone's and Arabian Nights.
For entertainment, Go-Kart Tracks, Adventure Golf and Mini-golf courses line the 192. Look out for the neon lights of Old Town with fairground attractions and bungee rides. It features a parade of lovingly restored and maintained cars every Saturday night.
Closer to home, Indian Point boasts a swimming pool, tennis courts, children's play area and a large lake.
Into golf? You'll think you're in paradise with more golf courses than you can shake a stick at! Most offer Club, Buggy and Shoe Rental. A full set of golf clubs is available for guests use.

Living Area
The living area, or great room, is a large open space with plenty of room for relaxing after a day in the parks.
Our's consists of a large 3 seater sofa and two large 2 seater sofas, along with a coffee table and two side tables with lamps. A cordless telephone rests on one of the side tables.
The entertainment centre contains a 40" HD Television with literally 100's of digital cable channels, a Blu-Ray/DVD Player and Stereo System.
There is also a large library of books, DVDs, CDs and games for your enjoyment.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need. There is a large gas oven and hob, microwave, ice-making fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
There is also a breakfast nook with table and four chairs, plus a telephone.
Dining Area
The formal dining area consists of a large, glass-topped dining table with six chairs.
Bedrooms
There are four very good sized bedrooms, all equipped with flat-panel LCD Cable TV's and DVD players.
The first master bedroom has a queen sized sleigh bed, cordless telephone, ceiling fan and two nightstands with table lamps. A walk-in closet gives plenty of hanging space and is home for the safe for your valuables. It has its own en-suite bathroom consisting of a large corner bath, walk-in shower, his and hers vanity unit and a toilet behind a privacy wall.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and two nightstands with table lamps. A walk-in closet gives plenty of hanging space. En-suite facilities consist of a walk-in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The third bedroom has a single (twin) bed with a single bunk bed over and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom four has two twin beds and a large walk-in closet.
Plus there is a family bathroom located between bedrooms three and four with a bath with shower over, vanity unit and toilet.
All bathrooms are supplied with hair dryers.
Games Room
Our recently completed, air-conditioned, Games Room features a Pool Table, Table Football (Foosball), Electronic Dart Board, "Strike - You're Out!" Baseball-themed Velcro Tossing Game, Sony PS/2 Games Console, Two Controllers and a Selection of Games, Card Table & Chairs, and 2 Bar Stools to watch the action.
Pool Deck Area
The pool area is screened with fine mesh to keep the bugs out and consists of a large shaded lanai, plus sun-bathing area. The curved pool has easy-access steps with varying pool depth (3 to 5 feet) and catches the sun from mid-morning through to the evening.
The patio is equipped with a table and four chairs and two sun loungers.
Optional pool heating is available for the cooler months.
For child safety, all access to the pool area is protected by door alarms.
Amenities
Password-protected, high-speed Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the villa - including the lanai/patio area. Telephone calls within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico are free.
The villa is equipped with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
A travel cot (crib), high-chair, two pushchairs (one with a reclining backrest) and a car booster seat are also available for our younger guests, free of charge.

Other Rental Charges Information
During peak seasons (Christmas/New Year and Easter) a minimum rental period of seven nights applies.
At all other times, bookings for less than seven nights will attract a cleaning fee of £65/$102.
A deposit of £150/$235 per week (or part thereof) is required when booking, with the balance due 56 days before arrival. Full payment is required if booking within 56 days of the vacation.
A refundable security deposit of £250/$400 is required with your final payment.
Pool heating (if required) is charged at £16/$24 per day (minimum of 3 days applies).
Prices include all local/state taxes - the price you see is the price you pay.
