Living Area

The living room has a huge wrap around sofa in front of a state of the art entertainment system, complete with a large flat screen TV, IPod docking station and DVD player.

Kitchen

The kitchen has been completely remodeled, with an island in the middle and a kitchen table that seats 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, everything you’ll need to make meals at home!

Dining Area

There is a formal dining room and separate living room in the front of the house, which will provide plenty of space for everyone! You’ll love this beautifully furnished home, and you’ll love how close you are to everything!

Bedrooms

There is one master suite with a king size bed, one other king size ensuite bedroom, two other queen size ensuite bedrooms, , and two kid friendly rooms with 2 twin beds in each, one for the girls and one for the boys. The master suite has a walk in shower and garden tub, and a huge walk in closet. The master suite is the only bedroom downstairs, and has doors leading out to the pool, perfect for an early morning swim or a late night dip in the spa. All 5 of the other bedrooms are located upstairs. All of the furniture and bedding in all of the rooms is brand new! There are 5 and a half bathrooms, so no waiting in lines in the morning! All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs!

Games Room

The entire family will love spending time in the game room too. What better way to wind down after a long day at the parks than to spend time playing games together? The pool table is brand new, the foosball table is brand new, even the dart board and the cards on the card table are new! You’ll never run out of things to do in Magic Villa! The living room, kitchen and master suite look out into the pool area for a great view!
