Location Description
Cumbrian Lakes is a beautiful gated community. It is surrounded by lakes with easy walkways, making it a peaceful place to relax. The site is only 10 / 15 minutes from Disney and a short drive to other wonderful Florida attractions. There is excellent, very competitive golf close by, 10 minutes away.
The Villa is only 5 minutes away from local shops, supermarkets and restaurants on highway 192.

Living Area
Open plan. Has fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, leading to the lounge and formal dining area. The sofa converts to a queen bed should it be needed, ceiling fan, TV, VCR, DVD Hi-Fi, sliding doors opening to large lanai & pool.
Kitchen
The kitchen has dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster, and telephone with free local calls. The villa has a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The dining area is overlooking the pool.

Bedrooms
Master Ensuite -Doors opening onto pool the pool area. Also included is a king size bed , ceiling fan, TV. with remote control, clock radio alarm, en-suite has walk in wardrobe. Oval bath, large walk in shower, twin vanity, separate toilet and hair dryer.
Bedroom 2
Comprises of queen bed, TV with remote control, en-suite shared with bedroom 3. Single vanity with separate toilet and bath with shower over. Hairdryer.

Games Room
The garage space has been used as a games room which comprises of a pool table, darts, table football, Air Hockey and PS2.
Pool Deck Area
Fully screened with large sun deck area. Complete with sun loungers table and chairs. Large lanai with ceiling fan with excellent views of the lake. The pool can be heated at EXTRA cost. (£80/$135 per week)

It is fully air conditioned and furnished to the highest standards. You will feel it the moment you pass the entry gates to this beautiful new community.

Sparkling lakes provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys, and blue heron. Cumbrian Lakes is a peaceful place to come home to, yet is so close to all the excitement Florida can offer.
Full use of Linen towels, pool towels, irons, hair dryers. All bedrooms have TV’s and the villa has a BBQ, VCR, DVD and Hi-Fi system and telephone, all local, national and most international calls are free. Also provided free use of cot / crib, highchair and safe.
New for 2006 is a games room with pool table, darts, table football and PS2
