Location Description

The villa is situated in a prime location to reach shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants and all other amenities that you would expect on a main road.
Its location is perfect for travelling to all the sights of Orlando with the Interstate 4 and Highway 27 both only minutes away. The Disney theme parks are also only an eight minute drive away. The hustle and bustle of international drive with all the facilities is twenty minutes away, and several major Orlando golf courses are just five minutes away.

The lounge has a new suite, which comprises one three-seater and one two-seater sofa, and a large television which is connected to cable. Patio doors lead from the lounge out onto the pool and patio area. A playstation is available for entertaining the young at heart!

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen has all the modern facilities that are required to enjoy a self catering holiday, including cutlery and cookware. A separate utility room with a washing machine and a dryer is also provided.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a large king size bed with a view onto the pool and an en-suite shower, WC, and vanity unit. The master bedroom also has a large television with cable.
The two further bedrooms are twin rooms, with one allocated as a children’s bedroom and decorated accordingly.

Pool Deck Area

The swimming pool is larger than average, as the villa is situated on a corner plot. It can be accessed through the lounge and has a patio area with sunloungers, a table and chairs. It is enclosed by a mosquito net. Heating is available at an additional fee.
