Location Description

This villa is located on the Cape Haze peninsula, just south of Venice. The nearest town is Englewood, with the larger town of Port Charlotte only a 20-minute drive away. This location is ideal for those wishing to enjoy the peace and quiet of a safe, secure and friendly community environment. The villa, complete with fishing dock, backs onto a local waterway which attracts an interesting variety of bird life, but not so many as to cause a nuisance. There are six golf courses within two miles of the villa.
