Location Description

Our villa is located on Sunridge Woods, which is on CR54 (Ronald Reagan Parkway) Only a few minutes drive from exit 58 of Interstate 4, 15 mins. from Disneyworld. Also, very convenient if you want to go to the beach for a day trip or visit Tampa or Busch Gardens. The villa is in a lovely position with the pool overlooking a small lake.
Champions Gate golf course and shops are just a few minutes drive.
Approx. driving distances - Orlando International Airport - 30 mins.
Sanford/Tampa Airports 60 mins.
Seaworld - 20 mins.
Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure - 25 mins.

Living Area

The living area has two sofas, TV,VCR, Playstation 2 with DVD and we also have a CD player/radio.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave oven, crockery and utensils. Breakfast bar with two stools.
Telephone with internet access if you bring your laptop computer.

Dining Area

The dining area seats six and has a wonderful view of the pool and lake beyond.

Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath/shower and dressing room.
The second bedroom has a double bed (full size)
and the third bedroom has twin beds.
There is a second bathroom with bath and shower between the second and third bedrooms.

Pool Deck Area

The pool which is 15 x 30 feet has a lovely view of the small lake at the back and has solar heating which is left on all year free of charge.
We also have electric pool heating if required during the winter months(recommended Nov. to Mar.) at an additional charge.
