Location Description
Conveniently located just 2.5 miles, west, junction 41 of I-75. A 15 minute drive from the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna-Maria, Bradenton Beach, Longboat and Siesta Key.
Sabal Harbour is a secluded, beautifully landscaped and new private residential development. Ideally suited for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Guests also have full use of a large community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis & volleyball courts & children's play area.
Sarasota Airport 10 minutes. Tampa Airport 30 minutes. Busch Gardens 45 minutes. Orlando and Attractions 90 minutes.

Living Area
Spacious living room comprises lounge & dining area, decorated with pine furnishings, overlooking pool and lake. Has Cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo System, two 3 seater settees.
Dining table has seating for 6.
We have Verizon Fios cable & wireless internet, so bring your laptops. All US National, Canadian & Puerto Rico calls are free. The lounge is also equipped with a 42" LCD TV, a must for sports fans.
Kitchen
We have a fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, dish washer, ceramic hob, oven, fridgerator with ice maker, seating for 4 in nook. Kitchen is very well stocked with utensils.
Dining Area
Dining area has seating for 6 people.
Bedrooms
There are 2 queen bedrooms, one being en-suite master and there are 2 further twin bed rooms so comfortable sleeping for 8 people.
The master en-suite also has cable TV and phone.
Pool Deck Area
You have your own private pool measuring 28' x 14' with child safety barrier and is solar heated. Large patio area and lanai, has a large table, six chairs and 4 sun loungers.
There is a large gas barbecue for those informal evenings watching the sun go down.
The pool overlooks the length of a most tranquil lake, peace personified.
Amenities
High chair, cot, gas barbecue for guests use.
