Location Description

Welcome to our luxury four bedroom home, located on the newly developed prestigious gated community of Watersong. This is a conservation area and as we have a natural lake to the rear of our property we are not overlooked. Our villa is only minutes away from the Interstate 4, making Disney and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer within easy reach. If you fancy a round of golf then we are in the perfect location as there are several award winning golf courses nearby. This really is the perfect place to call home!

Living Area

The open plan living area is furnished to a very high standard, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the Parks. Sit back and relax on one of the luxurious sofas and catch up with all the latest programmes on the 50" Plasma TV. There is also a DVD player with a selection of films for all ages.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is extremely well-equipped and fitted with all the latest appliances, including a large American fridge-freezer with ice-making facility, cooker, dishwasher and microwave. We have ample utensils, glasses, crockery, cutlery and much more besides!

Dining Area

The elegantly furnished dining area is light and spacious, just the place to enjoy an intimate meal for two or a family feast!

Bedrooms

There are four en-suite bedrooms, two Master suites (one has a King sized bed, the other a Queen) and two twin-bedded rooms. Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player, a hairdryer and clock radios. In addition to this, one twin-bedded room has a PS2, complete with two controllers and a couple of games.

Games Room

We have converted our garage into a games room, where you’ll find a pool table, foosball and electronic dartboard. Somewhere perhaps for Dad and the children to play whilst Mum relaxes by the pool! Also located in the games room is the washing machine and tumble drier.

Pool Deck Area

Out on the lanai we have provided ample furniture for all your needs, whether it be al-fresco dining in the shade or soaking up the sun on one of the sun loungers. We have a 30’x14’ pool with raised spa set in an extended deck so plenty of room for everyone, both in and out of the water! For added security there is a safety fence provided to stop young children getting near to the pool when unsupervised. The pool deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out, what it doesn’t keep out is the sun so no worries if you’re hoping to go home with a tan!

Amenities

All bed linen and towels (with the exception of beach towels) are provided free of charge, as is use of the telephone for local calls and wireless internet access. The property has a security alarm and lock box for the safe keeping of the door keys whilst you are away from the villa.

Other Rental Charges Information

Pool and/or spa heating is optional and charged at £100 per week. The heating of the pool is recommended during the cooler months of October through to April. There is no changeover day but stays of less than five nights may be subject to a cleaning charge.
