Location Description

Conveniently located in the golfing community of Rotonda West (just 10 mins from some of the most picturesque beaches of the Florida sun coast. The closest town is Englewood, a 10 minute drive with one of the most beautiful white sand beaches on the Sun coast across the bridge on Manosota Key.
The unspoilt Island of Gasparilla and the exclusive community of Boca Grande with shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive with beautiful white sand beaches. The beatiful Island of Dom Pedro is accessable by a 3 minute ferry.

The Rotonda ommunity enjoys an enviable location that is both secluded and tranquil. You can discover the "Real Florida" There is a wildlife reserve in Rotonda where you can walk or bike, many wild animals are spotted in the community including Armadillos, Bob Cats Wild Pigs. Alligators are plentiful in the Rotonda canals and lakes.
Major shopping outlets are within a 30 minute drive and many local shopping areas within a 5 to 10 drive.

There are several first-class golf courses in Rotonda and the house is very close to the first hole of the Long Meadow golf course.

The Rotonda area is ideal if you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist areas such as Orlando(2 and a half hours north)

Open concept with comfortable living room tastefully furnished with new matching Sofa/Loveseat,leather/recliner, end tables, coffee table, flat screen satelite television and DVD. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax. Patio doors lead out to the covered Lanai and swimming pool

Kitchen

Modern fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser. Stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc .

Dining Area

Dining area with table and seating for four, also seating for four at the kitchen countertop with 4 bar stools. Outside the patio doors from the dining area is a gas barbecue for use if required, the propane tank can be filled locally for around $15.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and en-suite with walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the Lanai and swimming pool.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen sleigh bed, chest of drawers, end tables and walk-in closet.
The 3rd bedroom also has a double bed and walk in closet. Patio doors from the 3rd bedroom lead to the pool area.
Also an inflatable double air bed is available for extra sleeping capacity(just plug in and inflates in 1 minute)

Pool Deck Area

The screened pool area accommodates a shaded lanai with patio table and six chairs and four lounge chairs with pads. Pool toys such as floating airbeds are available in the pool area.

Amenities

two adult and one child mountain bikes are available for use. The rail/trail is a bike/recreation path adjacent to Rotonda,
The wildlife preserve is close to the property and the trails can be explore on foot or on the mountain bikes.
There is abundant wildlife in the area including,
Alligators, Armadillos, Wild Pigs, BobCats.
