Location Description
Located on the US27, 2 miles north of the US192 and just 8 mins from Animal Kingdom and the Disney resort. It is within 2-3 minutes of shops, restaurants and a great WalMart store. Glenbrook is an award winning quiet, attractive, well presented Community. The house is situated beside the Community Clubhouse which is free for you to use as our guests.

Living Area
The spacious, fully air-conditioned living accommodation runs from the front of the house to the patio doors which open up to the pool. With three living areas it is an ideal choice for two families sharing.
The area features the following;
The family room, which is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area, has 2 large sofas (4 & 3 seater) an armchair and occasional furniture. There is a cable TV, DVD Player, and Video. This family area leads onto the swimming pool and patio. Child safety alarms are fitted on patio doors leading to poolside.

Kitchen
The central kitchen is open plan. It is superbly fitted out with all you will need including electric cooker with oven, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, blender, ice maker, waste disposal and dishwasher, etc. The laundry room is next door complete with full-size washer, tumble dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board.The informal dining table seats six and is open plan to the family room .
Dining Area
The separate dining room at the front of the house has formal seating for eight, and there is a good supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware for at-home dining. This room also features a sitting area with two settees and offers a quiet room to relax in.
Bedrooms
On both the ground floor and the upper floor, there are master-suites with en-suite bathrooms, one with king-sized and one with a queen bed.
There is direct access to the pool from the ground floor master with sliding patio doors. There are walk-in closets, night-tables, lamps and clock radios. Both rooms have cable TV and DVD.
There is a twin room with fitted robes on the ground floor, which also has cable TV.
There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, each with two single beds. One with DVD but both have a nightstand, reading lamp,cable T.V., built in wardrobes (with plenty of space). There is also a family nook on the upper floor, with a double sofa bed , cable T.V., DVD/VHS player and a kitchenette with fridge and sink.
Games Room
For your relaxation and enjoyment we have provided a games room with the following:-

A table and chairs have been provided.
Pool Deck Area
The pool area enjoys a quiet secluded aspect and can be heated at an additional cost, if requested. There is also a hot tub/spa. Good quality pool/patio furniture and sun loungers are provided for your added comfort. There is a pool light and also a patio light and flood lights if you choose to BBQ in the evening after dark.

Besides having exclusive use of this private villa, guests can also access, free of charge, community resort facilities conveniently situated next door to this property. These include tennis and volleyball courts, children's outdoor play area, a gym room available 24/7, and large swimming pool with fountain. The clubhouse has a large screen TV,kitchen area, computer with internet access as well as a free wireless connection for those bringing laptops. A fully equipped games room with pool and air hockey tables and arcade games. You can borrow fishing rods from the Clubhouse for use on Glenbrook Lake appox. 100m from the house. This is a great meeting area where both children and parents can meet other holiday-makers. Plan have been approved to provide a children's play park in 2009.

A shuttle bus service can be arranged at the resort for a small charge – ask at the clubhouse for pick up details. Videos and DVDs can be borrowed from here for use in our villa.
Easy access to both the I-4 and the US 192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches and 65 miles of Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. There are many restaurants, shopping malls, Premium Outlet stores to enjoy as well as the park attractions and many golf courses in the area.
