Location Description
Innisfree is located in the peaceful and deed restricted area of Rotunda Lakes on the Gulf Coast of south West Florida.
Rotunda offers a paradise for all, from sunworshippers to golfers and those just wanting to relax. Our home is minutes from the fabulous white beaches of Boca Grande, Gasparilla and Manasota Key. Golfers will lofe the 99 holes of golf just minutes from our doorstep! So come to Innisfree and enjoy the tranquil and tropical setting that it offers, where you can kick back and relax .... just what a holiday is all about.

Living Area
Innisfree is an upmarket and elegant home which offers our guests a truly luxurious villa retreat for all who stay! Step inside and you will agree that this mediterranean style home is just that little bit different from all the others. The home offers two seperate living areas - the Great Room furnished in contemporary earth tones and complete with comfortable sofas, 42" Plasma TV and french doors leading directly out onto the pool and spa area. The sunny family room offers additional space for those wanting a few quiet moments where you can kick back and listen to a CD or just read a book - the choice is yours!
Kitchen
Budding Chefs will love the state of the art Kitchen, complete with solid cherry cabinets, corian counterops, top of the line stainless steel appliances, centre island, counterheight bar stools and seperate dining nook for family get-togethers. A seperate laundry room complete with large capacity washer and dryer can also be found off the kitchen.
Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms are furnished in their own unique way. The huge master suite has direct access to the pool and spa area and provides a luxurious King sized bed sumptously furnished in rich tones of red and gold. It has its own 32" Plasma TV, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath tub, dual sinks, large walk in roman shower, as well as a huge walk in dressing room.
The lavishly appointed 2nd Queen room has a wonderful metal sleigh bed and is furnished in shades of aqua, taupe and brown. The 3rd bedroom is made up of 2 twin beds. This nautical themed room is warm and inviting with white washed furniture and bed linen by Tommy Hilfiger to compliment the unique decor. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a well appointed guest bathroom.
Pool Deck Area
The fabulous pool and spa area is South West facing and gives our guests the opportunity to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine all day long. It is stylishly furnished with large tile top dining table, 6 dining chairs and 4 sun loungers. A BBQ grill is also provided for guests' use to enjoy outdoor living at its best!
Amenities
We have provided 2 adult bicycles for guests to enjoy this lovely area of Rotunda Lakes and all that it has to offer.
WIFI internet is also available - just bring your laptop!
