Location Description
Indian Ridge Oaks is one of our most popular developments; its only 3 or 4 miles from Disney World, plus very close to shopping and dining. It still manages to stay quiet for those nice evenings poolside (other than hearing some fireworks in the distance).
It has amenities to offer such as community pool, tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The streets are lined with Florida-style homes and even though you may only be here for a couple of days, while you’re here, it will feel like home.

You'd have to rent a much more expensive home to get a Cinema Room like this one! Invite the neighbors and crank up the surround sound!

The fully equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of gourmet meals or quick snacks. Sit at the bar and watch all the action in the house, enjoy dinner at the dining room table overlooking the pool deck, or grab a bite at the breakfast table.
Bedrooms
4 Bedrooms and 2 baths make this a comfortable home to enjoy your vacation. WE'VE JUST UPGRADED THE MATTRESS IN THE MASTER SUITE TO A PREMIUM BETHEA PLUSH BY SIMMONS, ONE OF THE BEST MATTRESSES ON THE MARKET! THIS IS THE SAME MATTRESS USED BY THE LUXURY HIGH-END HOTELS. The master bedroom features a reading chair, LCD TV with DVD Player, it's own master bathroom suite , a separate garden tub and shower. Enjoy the convenience of direct pool access from the master suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both feature a triple bunk bed. Bedroom 2 has a Betty Boop theme, while bedroom 3 has a Superhero theme. The 4th bedroom features a queen size bed and there is a rumor that Marilyn once stayed here. Every bedroom has it own television, Bedroom 2 has a Playstation.
Pool Deck Area
However, if a Private Pool and Spa are at the top of your wish list, look no further! WE'VE JUST ADDED A BRAND NEW PRIVATE SUN DECK, EXTENDING YOUR TIME IN THE SUN. We don't know of any other Vacation home with this feature. A wooden sundeck with comfortable Adirondack furniture and a custom beach scene mural to put you in the vacation mood. With a wooded view of the Mystic Dunes Golf Course to the rear and fences and tall shrubbery surrounding the screened in pool deck, your time and space are your own.
