Location Description
HOLLIES RETREAT is located at 'The Retreat' in Legacy Park, a high quality community only 8 miles from WALT DISNEY WORLD resort and close to many of the other major attractions.
The Retreat at Legacy Park is located on US27 just 2 miles from US192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. The shops close by include Winn Dixi, Wal Mart and Publix.
For the golfers amongst you we have several good golf courses close by, the nearest course being within 2 minutes. Also for those who like
to fish there is a nature reserve about 5 miles
down the I-27. The nearest beaches can be
reached in under an hour.

Living Area
After a busy day at the parks you can relax in one of three lounges. The main lounge (Family Room) has a large screen cable TV, VCR & DVD. The second is a more restful area next to the dining area. The third is situated upstairs with cable tv, Playstation 2 & also computer with wireless internet.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is equipped to cater for up to 12 people. We have microwave, oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher and cooking utensils. We also cater for the younger members with babies plates, dishes and cutlery.
Dining Area
We have two dining areas, the first being the sunny nook seating six with doors opening into the lanai next to the extended pool area. The second is situated next to the lounge again seating six.
Bedrooms
MASTER BEDROOM with four poster king size bed, cable tv, vcr & dvd and ensuite with walk-in shower and garden tub and large walk in closet. SECOND MASTER with king size bed, cable tv, dvd and ensuite. THIRD MASTER with queen sized bed, cable tv, dvd and ensuite. Two TWIN BEDROOMS both with cable tv and shared bathroom. All rooms have built in closets.
Games Room
Games Room complete with new 8' pool table, table tennis and new arcade game with 60 games.
Pool Deck Area
We have a south facing upgraded 30ft by 15ft fully screened pool with coloured lighting and spa. There is a large decking area for lounging which enjoys sunshine from morning until dusk. The pool enjoys views over a conservation area. We also have a safety fence.
