Location Description

4 bed air-conditioned villa with pool at Calabay Parc Tower Lake, in the Sunshine State, close to Disney and all the main attractions, for a fabulous family holiday. Four bedroom, fully air conditioned luxury villa with private pool ideal for families Situated on the spectacular Tower Lake development just off the US27, 15 minutes from Disney and the main attractions, our villa will give you a warm welcome to the wonderful holiday state of Florida.
Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a secure gated community, and has a planned club house and gym, fishing jetty, boating ramp and lake viewing area. Within easy reach of local amenities, for daily shopping needs there is the nearby Publix and Super Walmart stores. Only 10 minutes away is the new retail/entertainment complex at Posner Park which opened late last year.

Living Area

The spacious lounge will make you feel at home right from the start! It has a large comfortable 3 seater sofa, and a two seater one too! With it's airy open space, the view onto the pool and sun deck area, large TV and DVD player it really is the place for relaxing after hectic days at the parks.

Kitchen

The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area has cooker, dishwasher,and large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All crockery, utensils, cutlery and kitchenware are included. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer, together with an iron and ironing board. All bedlinen and towels are provided.

Dining Area

The dining area is just off the kitchen, and offers an extending 6 place dining table, high chair, and all the facilities for casual or formal dining.

Bedrooms

One master bedroom has a king sized bed with ceiling fan and the other has a queen sized bed, both have ensuite bathrooms and tv and hair dryers. The two twin bedded rooms share a bathroom and they also have TV's.

The den has a PS2 with a selection of games for both children and adults and can also be used as a double bedroom, with it's convertible sofa/bed.

Games Room

Newly converted games room with pool table, and table football. The area is fully carpeted, and has two large ceiling fans for comfort, as well as a wall mounted TV.

Pool Deck Area

The pool and jacuzzi is fully screened and can be lit at night. All sun loungers, tables and chairs, plus pool toys are provided. The extended decking area is a great place to spend a lazy day or to unwind and relax in the evening after a busy day at the parks. Part of the decking area is covered and has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. A child safety fence surrounds the pool for peace of mind.

Amenities

Our villa is fully equipped to provide an ideal home from home for the whole family to enjoy the
holiday of a lifetime in the Sunshine State.
We have baby facilities eg stroller/push chair,
cot, and high chair.
The community has it's own lake complete with boating ramp and fishing pier, and a new clubhouse/gymnasium which is due for completion very shortly.
