Location Description

Sunridge Woods offers the best of both worlds in a secure, exclusive community of private homes set within a conservation area with rolling hills and small lakes in Orlando. Florida, offering a tranquil setting only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of US highway 192 with all it's numerous eating houses, malls and factory outlets, yet only 12 minutes drive from the major theme park attractions, including Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, EPCOT and Animal Kingdom. It is located approx. 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and approx. 60 minutes drive from Sanford Airport.

Three fully fitted bedrooms, one with a king size bed and cable T V, one with a queen bed and the third with two single beds a T V and D V D All towels and bedding are supplied.

Pool Deck Area

Since the pool area is probably the most important factor of enjoying a villa holiday, we had it specially designed with this in mind. The total Pool/Patio area is almost twice as large as most similar villas. It has a ten foot by six foot covered area where even if it is raining, or you have had enough sun for the day, you can still sit outside and enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink. The whole area is protected from insects etc., by a fine mesh screen OH!, and if you are like us, and have gone a little soft, there is electric pool heating available. Just outside the pool area, you will find a barbecue which you are welcome to use at any time, the only thing we would ask is that, for safety reasons, it must not be used inside the screened pool area, and it would be appreciated if it was cleaned after use
