Location Description

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a gated community based on unspoilt wetlands and is framed by panoramic views of the lake and conservation that surrounds it. With Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios being a mere 20 minutes away, there are plenty of options for your kids to explore.

For the golf lovers, Greg Norman’s Champions Gate Resort is nearby too,with Southern Dunes only a mile away,and nature enthusiasts can head over to Busch Gardens and marvel at the spectacular beauty and tranquility the place is ensconced in.

Dining Area

There are two separate dining areas. The main area has a large dining table which can seat 6 people comfortably. The second dining area has seating for four people and is situated in the nook next to the kitchen/breakfast bar area.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms consist of 2 beautifully furnished masters, with en-suite facilities and 2 twin themed bedded rooms, which can sleep up to 10 people. All rooms have cable TV, walk in wardrobes and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Games Room

Our superb games room is the ideal place to spend some quality family time. With an adult pool table, and full size air hockey table, multi games table with interchangeable games for our younger guests and a large selection of books and board games, your trip to Tower Lake View will be memorable.

Pool Deck Area

The magnificent pool has a two-decked area,perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Alternatively, there is a covered lanai, which provides plenty of shade from the glorious Florida sun. With the adjoining spa and leisurely pool furniture, guests will feel completely pampered and de-stressed.

Your deposit reserves the dates you require, unfortunately we cannot hold bookings until we have received your deposit. Please note that your deposit is (NON-REFUNDABLE) should you cancel this reservation or not pay the balance 10 weeks before you are due to travel.{CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED VIA PAYPAL DETAILS CAN BE PROVIDED ON REQUEST}

We also require a $200.00/£200.00 refundable security deposit prior to arrival, to cover any breakages, loss or damage, non-return of keys to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return from holiday, after we have confirmation that the villa has been satisfactorily left in the same condition as when you commenced occupancy, less any deductions to cover costs of repair or replacements. This is payable along with your final balance.
