This newly refurbished great value villa situated just one mile south of Interstate 4 just off the US27 in a quiet cul-de-sac, is within 15 minutes drive of
Disney. We are located for access to the main highway to Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg to the West, or Orlando/Daytona/ Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center to the East. All of these are within an hours drive.
Universal Studios and Sea World 25 minutes drive.
Golf just 10 mins drive away at Champions Gate or Southern Dunes, with numerous other courses within easy reach.
Plenty of restaurants and of course, shopping all within easy reach.
