Elegant and comfortable Formal Lounge and Dining Room with Stereo Radio & CD player with ADDITIONAL Family Room with pool & pond view, large 60” Cable TV, HBO & DVD player with a library of films on DVD for children and family entertainment and a Breakfast Nook with seating for six also overlooking the pool.
Kitchen
Fully equipped gourmet Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer with FILTERED icemaker, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker & sandwich maker.
All pots pans glass & plastic ware (for the pool area) are provided, as is cutlery, dish cloths, hand towels, bath towels & bed linen, Laundry room, washer & dryer etc.
Dining Area
Dine at the formal dining room, or off the kitchen or by the pool, each table has seating for 6 people
Bedrooms
Master bedroom, king size bed & sliding door to the pool. Large en-suite with separate bath & large shower cubicle with two further downstairs bedrooms, one Queen one Double bedroom, both sharing a bathroom.
Upstairs, Queen Size Master bedroom with en-suite facilities.
Two themed bedrooms with twin beds both have connecting doors into a shared “Jack & Jill” style bathroom. Our home is protected by a security alarm system door bars on the sliding doors and a safe for use at our guest’s own risk.
Games Room
Air conditioned game room with pool table, foosball & table tennis tables.
Computer, printer & FREE Hi-Speed internet access with wireless router if you'd sooner bring your own laptop.
Pool Deck Area
Swimming pool & in-ground spa surrounded by a MASSIVE screened deck for sunbathing all day, very private and overlooking a beautiful pond with illuminated fountain so No Rear Neighbours!
Overhead fan in covered Lanai, poolside gas BBQ for alfresco dining with two outside tables & chairs with plenty of comfortable lounger's.

Price Includes Taxes and all Utilities. Pool & Spa heat £97/$150 Per Week. For bookings of 6 nights or less, please add £60/$93 cleaning charges to the Prices.
Booking Deposit is £250.00/$350.00 with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.
