Our fantastic brand new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom holiday villa is both beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest of standards and comes with screen enclosed private pool, which can be heated for an additional cost. The villa is:

20 min from Universal Studios
20 min from Sea World
20 min from International Drive.

The villa is located close enough to Walt Disney's Disneyworld to see the night's spectacular fireworks' displays from your poolside each evening. Our villa is also only a short distance from several award winning PGA Golf Courses including Champions Gate whose courses were designed by Greg Norman. With the coast never more than a 60 minute drive away, our villa is ideal for access to the glorious Gulf Coast with its white sandy beaches or the beautiful beaches of Daytona, Cocoa Beach and Boca Raton on the east coast.

Glenbrook Resort is situated just off Highway 27 and offers all guests a complimentary community recreation area with a designer swimming pool, a Club House with an exercise room for working out, a games room, plus tennis and beach volleyball courts. There is also a media room with a large TV entertainment system, a PC giving free internet access as well as a wireless ‘hot spot’ for those bringing laptops.
The Club House is there to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. You decide how much you wish to use the facilities on offer.

Living Area

Within the villa there is an ample living area, which also has direct access on to the extended deck of the swimming pool and spa. The villa offers cable TV, playstation, DVD and hi-fi facilities.

Kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal with cooking facilities, a microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer iron anad ironing board.

Dining Area

A formal dining area is available as well as a breakfast bar and dining area.

Bedrooms

The villa is able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has two master bedrooms, which includes a king size master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and a queen size bedroom with full en-suite facilities and direct access to the deck and pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms provide twin beds.Clean bedding and towels and hairdryers are provided free of charge.A high chair and travel cot are provided as required.

Games Room

A brand new billiard /hockey table,yoga mat and ball and games are provided.

Pool Deck Area

A lovely swimming pool and spa are provided. Pool heating can be provided for an additional charge.

Other Rental Charges Information

Bookings: A non refundable deposit of £200 /$500 will be required to confirm the booking and full payment will be required 10 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking the villa less than 10 weeks prior to your date of first occupancy, the full balance is due immediately.

Pool heating is an additional £80 /$150 per week (payable locally or in advance).
A security deposit of £200 /$500 will be required in advance prior to departure).
