What’s more it’s right on the doorstep to some of the finest championship golf courses in Florida, to sample a few – Southern Dunes Golf Club is right next door, Ridgewood lakes Golf Club is less than a 5 minute drive and the world famous (Gregg Norman) Champions Gate Golf Club is less than 10 minutes drive away.

And, if your holiday is not complete without a walk on a sun soaked sandy beach and a dip in the ocean, then both the Gulf and Atlantic beaches are only a 60 - 70 minutes drive away

Living Area

The spacious Family Room looks out on to the pool and lanai area and the orange groves beyond. The room is furnished to the highest standard and features a 42" plasma TV with DVD player, DVD library, Stereo music system with i-pod docking station.

Kitchen

The large modern fully fitted kitchen is complemented by corian counter tops and all the latest appliances and gadgets:- Large electric range cooker, microwave, American style double door fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, double sink with spray tap and waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, electric tin opener, etc. A separate Laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, laudry baskets, ironing board and iron.

Dining Area

The kitchen opens out on to the dinning area. There is a full size glass topped dinning table and 6 chairs and matching tall side table. Full diner service, napkins and silverware are provided

Four bar stools are provided for additional seating at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

Our home has 5 luxurious bedrooms all furnished with quality linens and comforters. There are 3 full-size bathrooms (which by clever design can make 4 of the 5 bedrooms en-suite) which means our home will very comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends or for 2 families to share.

Games Room

The games room is fully carpeted and is amply stocked with an 8ft slate bed pool table with 'pool hall' overhead lighting, an arcade quality 7ft air hockey table, electronic darts, 32" TV with play station2 and high chrome bar table and chairs, plus a selection of board games.

Pool Deck Area

The villa sits on a larger than average plot and has been built in a distinctive Mediterranean style that includes many quality features that take advantage of the Floridian outdoor lifestyle.

The extended deck, pool and spa area is furnished with a selection of comfy sun loungers, recliners, table and chairs and a Gas BBQ for that alfresco dinning. This is all complimented by the open views, private lanai and landscaped gardens.

Pool/Spa heat is optional and charged at £90/$175 per week. We recommend pool heat between the months of October and April.

For stays shorter than 6 nights we do have to apply a cleaning surcharge of £65/$125.
