Our single storey pool holiday home overlooks a small lake in a quiet area north of Davenport 15 miles from all Disney attractions.
Location Description
Situated on the quiet community of Sandy Ridge just north of Davenport. Disney attractions being approx. 15 miles away with easy interstate access.
There is a selection of golf courses within 3 miles and with local supermarket, bank, take-aways ie: Pizza Hut and Macdonalds 2 miles away.

Living Area
Open plan lounge with 1 sofa, 1 sofa-bed which can sleep 2 and a reclining chair, TV, DVD player, and games console. Patio doors leading to pool at one end, the other end opens to dining room and kitchen. Air conditioning throughout property and lounge has ceiling fan for extra cool.
Kitchen
Situated between dining area and garage, fully equipped with 4 ring cooker/oven, fridge freezer with ice maker, 4 slice toaster, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker and sink with waste disposal unit.
Dining Area
Just off lounge and kitchen, dining area has table and 6 chairs. A baby's high chair is kept in the garage.
Bedrooms
Master bedroom with king size bed, chests of drawers, ceiling fan and TV. Ensuite with large shower, his and hers basins, toilet and large adjacent walk-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 with double bed, ceiling fan, lamps and fitted wardrobe. Bathroom just across the hall with basin, bath/shower and toilet.
