Location Description

Lake Wilson Preserve, is a picturesque, Mediterranean style enclave of just 96 luxury villas with on site management.

Located just a short distance from Highway 192 and Interstate 4 (3 minutes) many of the worlds best theme parks are close by, with Disney just 10 minutes away – including - Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney Studio’s Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. Not forgetting Disney Celebration, Pleasure Island and Disney Quest.

Sea World is 20 minutes and Universal Studios under 25 minutes away to name but a few of the many, many attractions.

Lake Wilson also neighbours the recreational golf facilities at up-market Reunion and Champions-Gate Golfing complex.

Only a few minutes away you will find a supermarket, hairdresser, McDonalds, 24 hour drugstores, restaurants ( Chinese/Italian) and bank.

Just 10 minutes to Highway 192 with its many shopping and restaurant facilities.

Living Area

The living area of the house is the central point of the home and has great presence from its open plan nature and a full double height vaulted ceiling.

Sit in the Queen sleeper sofa, loveseat or single chair and have great views of the pool or conservation area at the rear, we are not overlooked.

Alternatively you could make use of the 25” cable television, the DVD player or X Box games console, or more traditional methods of entertainment are available with a selection of books and board games on hand.

A telephone is also available with free local calls.

We also have a wireless internet connection in the home. So if you take your wireless laptop with you this would be a great place to use it, or of course you could choose to sit by the pool on the deck whilst soaking up the sun and surfing the net!

Kitchen

The Kitchen is large and fully equipped.

Facilities include a large fridge freezer with automatic icemaker. Full-size electric oven and hob. Dishwashers, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, food mixer and waste disposal unit.

You will also find a complete set of cooking utensils, pots and pans.

Dinnerware and glassware are also provided.

Utility Room - Facilities include large washing machine, large tumble dryer. Iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also on hand.

A double extra bed can be gained by using sofa bed in the living area, blanket, mattress cover sheets and 2 pillows are provided for this purpose. Our home will therefore easily accommodate 8 people but could sleep 10.

Pool Deck Area

The pool can be heated at an additional cost, this is recommended between October and March. The pool has underwater lighting should you fancy a dip after the sun has gone down.

Rates

Other Rental Charges Information

Special Snowbird Rates are available for rentals of a minimum of one month (January – April) upon request.

There is an additional charge of $25 (£15) per night inclusive of Taxes for heating of the Pool which must be paid in advance - for periods of less than 7 days, a reduced fee will be levied. It will normally take between 24-48 hours to heat completely the water and thus advance notice is preferred to aid the delivery of our quality service.

Cleaning charges are included in stays of 7 nights or more - please note, however, that for bookings of less than this period, an additional Charge of $85 (£50) is payable (for bookings of 5-6 nights, a reduced charge of $75 (£43)will be levied).

Our payment conditions are 20% of the total Rental Cost due must be received at the time of the booking – the balance is due to be paid in full (and any cheque etc cleared) at least 30 days prior to arrival.

15% discounts are available for bookings made within 4 weeks of departure.
