Location Description
Disney World With it's FOUR theme parks, two water parks, Shopping Area and much more is just 12-15 minutes away. Universal Studios and Sea World are only 25-30 minutes away. Busch Gardens near Tampa is only an hour away. The Gulf Coast is to the West and the Kennedy Space center, Cocoa Beach, and Daytona Beach is to the East.
Orlando is known for its fabulous golf courses. For keen golfers the villa is 10 minutes from 6 golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions gate 36 hole award winning golf course and the Disney golf courses. From the Florida Mall to the Mall at Millenia all with-in easy driving distance , you can shop all day and eat in same of the finest restaurants in Orlando.
There are three supermarket's within a five mile radius(Publix/Walmart and Target). A bank , gas(petrol) station and convenience store are within one mile. An outside 24 hour ATM with three miles. A Virgin Holiday Office with-in a mile. Highway 192 just 2 miles away is lined literally with hundreds of restaurants, shops and many kinds of enterainment.

Looking onto the easy access pool you will have planty of space to relax after a hard day at the parks or shopping. Family room - consists of sofas and chair, cable TV, DVD and CD player. Kitchen
Fully fitted Kitchen to the side of the Living room.
Fully equipped kitchen with open-plan breakfast bar - including cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine and dishwasher. Breakfast Bar.
Dining Area
Dining area is next to the Kitchen with a large dining table seating up to 8 adults. Table can be expand to sit 10 adults.
Bedrooms
The Master Suite with full en-suite is located on the GROUND floor for easy access with it's own Private Patio area, HD-TV/DVD and chaise lounge.
The Guest Master Suite with en-suite is on the First floor with its own HD-TV and reading chair.
Full Size Bedroom with a HD-TV/DVD and rocking chair.
TWO Twin Bedrooms also on the First Floor each has two twin beds , a HD-TV, PS2 Consoles and bean bags.

The pool measures 26' x 13' , is fully screened and has raised Jacuzzi/Spa. Both can be heated, even in the coldest weather. With an extend deck area and Lanai, chairs and lounges. A selection of pool toys.

Minimum Stay 6 Nights.
The rates above are per night and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £100/$150 per week, if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 nights or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £80/$125. For bookings of 21 days or more we will be happy to offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £250/$375 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
Note all sterling prices are based on the exchange rate on the date of publication. Sterling prices may be adjusted by the actual exchange rate at the time of booking.
