Location Description
THE VILLA
The Villa is located in a prime position in this lovely community. Only minutes from the Disney attractions and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The large south facing pool is not overlooked allowing complete privacy for sunbathing and swimming. The interior caters for the whole family with games room, DVD/CD Player. 4 TV's including 50'' plasma screen, PS2 games console and computer as well as free Wi-Fi.
We provide free International and local calls.
The villa is fully air conditioned and the pool is electrically heated.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST AREA
The large open plan fully equipped kitchen contains all the modern appliances needed including a large fridge freezer with ice maker as well as all utensils from coffee maker right down to pizza cutter.
FAMILY ROOM
The family living area which is open plan adjacent to the formal dining area has a full height ceiling and is decorated to the highest standards.
MASTER BEDROOM
The luxuriously appointed main master bedroom has a large walkin wardrobe, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player.
MASTER BATHROOM
The ensuite master bathroom has a his and hers vanity units, oval bath and separate shower and WC.
LAUNDRY AREA
The laundry room is well equipped with a full size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
BATHROOM
second bathroom has tub.shower, basin and WC.
GAMES ROOM
The garage has been transformed into a sports themed games room with pool table and air hockey, plus table footbal, table and chairs.
MASTER BEDROOM 2
The beautifully decorated second master bedroom has a large walkin wardrobe, ceiling fan, luxurious queen size bed and flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3
Is beautifully furnished with twin beds.
POOL AREA
The extra large south facing pool deck/ patio has an extended lanai with large ceiling fan with attatched lights. There is a table with four chairs enabling guests to comfortably take advantage of a cool shaded area during the day or eat alfresco in the evening. There are also sun loungers and a gas BBQ can be hired by the management company. The large pool can be heated if required. The complete pool deck area is screened and overlooks an extensive grassed area to the rear of the property. All entrances from the villa to the pool area are fitted with child alarms.
Baby Facilities.
There is a crib/cot and high chair.

Amenenities are too numerous to mention all but include everything you might expect in your own home to include vacum, hair dryer, coffee maker, phones, bathroom towels etc.
