"Florida breeze” with 7 bedrooms and 4 ˝ bathrooms is an elegant and spacious holiday home which is perfect for large family groups, sleeping up to 16 guests.
Location Description
Emerald Island is a resort styled community only a few miles from Walt Disney World. It is situated on a secluded “land island” insulated by nature with controlled access to the resort via the main gate.
The “land island” is surrounded by a conservation area which encompasses over 300 acres resulting in Emerald Island being a quiet, safe and peaceful neighbourhood. You could be mistaken for believing you had stepped right into a fantasy world beyond your wildest dreams, with it’s Grecian architecture, including a breathtaking dolphin fountain and Mediterranean style villas.
In addition to the luxury of the villas, Emerald Island also boasts an impressive club house which is available for all guests and is the perfect way to relax in a more sociable environment and meet other residents of the paradise isle. The clubhouse incorporates a sauna, steam room, cyber café, games arcade, community pool with whirlpool spa, snack bar, sundry shop, movie rental, volleyball court, tiki bar, a children’s adventure playground and even a gymnasium. Now there is no excuse – you can even stay fit when on holiday. There are weights, treadmills, cycles and a multigym to use. Perfect for working off all of those extra calories you’re bound to take in at the restaurants. A helpful staff member at the clubhouse will assist you with dinner reservations, attraction tickets or transportation.
