Location Description
Encircled by a protective buffer of woodlands and wetlands, Emerald Island Resort itself is a land island amidst a sea of lush vegetation. The winding, palm-lined road that leads you to Emerald Island Resort, is a precursor to the community’s grandeur. Gated and 24 hour manned security. The colonnaded entry, complete with a playful dolphin fountain and picturesque rotunda, provides a dramatic scene upon arrival to this gated enclave. Thoughtful streetscape featuring indigenous plants and decorative flowers contributes to Emerald Island Resorts unique impression of peace and tranquility in this otherwise bustling and vibrant area of Florida. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Emerald Isle has everything you could possibly desire; with the tennis and volleyball courts, community pool, a children’s play area and many trails for jogging or hiking. Its also got a fitness room, sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi at your disposal along with a planned sundry shop and snack bar. And its all surrounded by a Conservation Area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community, for you to enjoy, Only a few miles from Walt Disney World® and a short drive to shopping and dining, this island serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the worlds most popular destination with millions of visitors a year has to offer.
Location: This home is in the Emerald Island Resort which is a mere 2 miles from Disney property, 30 minutes or less from Sea World, Universal Studios, and the Orange County Convention Center, and about 1 to 1½ hours from the many attractions found in the coast regions such the Daytona International Speedway, the Kennedy Space Center, and Busch Gardens.

Living Area
The family room area has a 47” HD 120 hz 1080 television with a deluxe surround sound system for the enjoyment of cable television, DVD movies, your I-Pod selections, FM radio, and more! The leather furniture there is so comfortable that you just may not want to move.
Kitchen
The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to make complete dinners or just snacks between activities. (A great way to save money compared to taking everyone out to eat for three meals a day!) Eat in the kitchen while enjoying the view of the pool and grounds or dine more formally in the separate dining area.
Bedrooms
Enchanted Suites has 2 master suites (i.e. a bedroom combined with a full private bath) with king beds, 2 master suites with queen beds, and 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each, one decorated for your princesses and one decorated for your superheroes! The pool side master suite has a 32” TV with a blu-ray DVD player and has a walk in shower plus a large tub. (What a way to relax after a long day spent at the parks!) All bedrooms have televisions and luxurious bedding and towels.
Games Room
There is also an air conditioned game room with an upscale air hockey table, a foosball game, a pool table, electronic darts, and a television.

This home has a private, screened in and heated pool and spa that overlooks a large lawn and a lake!
