Location Description
Located next to the prestigious Champions Gate area and just 2 miles from the Interstate 4 highway and SR27, driving to the villa and access to all the major attractions and beautiful Florida beaches couldn't be easier. Disney world is just 10 minutes away. Local shops with supermarket, garage, banks, restaurants and take away's are 1 minute away. There are numerous superb 18 hole golf courses within a five mile radius of the villa the nearest one being the international course at Champions Gate again just 1 mile away.

Living Area
Large living area with direct access to the pool and extended decking. Brand new comfortable furniture surrounds a 40 in Widescreen tv and Blu-ray DVD player. A selection of childrens games and family entertainment dvd's and videos are provided along with numerous books and a hi-fi. Free Hi-speed wireless internet connection and free landline telephone calls to the UK/ USA and Canada are included.
Kitchen
Superbly equipped with everything you need to self cater including cooker, large ice making fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 12 cup coffee maker, kettle,waste disposal unit, a large selection of cooking utensils, plates,cups and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use. A bar-b-q is provided for outdoor cooking. A separate area houses a large capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer, steam iron and ironing board, for all your laundry needs.
Dining Area
A formal dining area and a breakfast area as well as an outdoor shaded/dining area around the pool will accomodate all your dining needs.
Bedrooms
Four large bedrooms will accomodate 8 people and a convertable double bed/sofa in the living area will accomodate 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kidney shaped bath and his and hers wash basins complete with full wall lighted mirrors. There are also two walk in wardrobes , one containing a security safe for valuables.Bedroom two has a double bed and adjacent bathroom. Bedroom three and four each have twin beds and share another interconnected bathroom that can be locked off from each individual twin to make an en-suite bathroom as required.. Three bedrooms are equiped with tv's. All bed linen is provided. A baby cot with a small amount of bedding, baby bouncer chair, high chair and double buggy are also provided for the smallest member of the family.
Games Room
A brand new addition to the villa is the garage conversion to a games room where the whole family can play pool on the 8ft slate base pool table complete with over head table lighting, start your own mini soccer league on the foosball table or test your speed and reflexes on the air hockey table.
Pool Deck Area
Possibly the most important part of the villa, the pool area is South West facing and has the sun for just about the whole day. The 27x13ft heated pool is surrounded by an extended decking area giving you lots more room to spread out and get the exact location for your sun loungers. These are provided together with easy chairs and dining and occasional tables, for your alfresco meals and cool beers. There is a large covered/shaded area, complete with cooling fan, to escape to when you need to cool off. The pool and decking are not overlooked by other villas giving complete privacy and the pool also has underwater lighting for those late night dips after a hectic day in the theme parks. Beach towels are provided for use around the pool.

With easy access by road to the villa,all the major attractions just a few minutes away and shopping right on your doorstep, the villa is perfectly located to enjoy all Florida has to offer. The villa itself is large, comfortable and superbly equipped. Both the villa and the pool are maintained to a very high standard by our very professional management company who are always on hand if you need them. On a beautiful landscaped, secure gated estate for peace of mind, Florida sun and fun doesn't come much better.
