Welcome to our Executive villa completed in 2006 in the exclusive Mediterranean styled and gated community of Tuscan Hills, one of Orlando's latestand most impressive communities.
Location Description
Our beautiful villa is situated on the luxury resort of Tuscan Hills.
Our aim is to provide you, the discerning vacationer, with the lifestyle experience you deserve by making all the facilities we can available to you during your stay in our vila.
We are committed to provide you with the most enjoyable vacation experience possible whilst you experience all that the Orlando area has to offer, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
On site facilities include a Mediterranean style club house with fitness room, tennis court, sand volley ball court, children's indoor play area, a tot lot and a palm garden. Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport , off Highway 27, 1 mile south of its junction with the US192 and only 15 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. A number of top PGA golf courses are also close by together with excellent fishing in the area's many lakes. Interstate 4 (I4) provides direct access to Tampa to the south and Orlando and the airports to the north.

Living Area
The living room with its open plan design and vaulted ceiling provides a light airy atmosphere which is the ideal environment to relax and unwind after a day at the parks, the golf course or even a hard day's retail therapy.
Whether you relax on either of the 2 comfortable sofas or the reclining chair you can enjoy the cable TV with its multitude of channels on the widescreen television, watch a DVD or play on the Playstation 2, which are all provided for your entertainment. Patio doors open onto the covered lanai and pool deck.
The villa is equipped with a secure high speed wireless internet link which also gives FREE calls to UK land lines.
Kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need during your stay
including a full size cooker and oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, double sink
with waste disposal unit, large fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser. Additional equipment includes coffee maker, toaster, George Foreman grill, slow cooker, blender and electric can opener.
Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are also provided.
Dining Area
The living area is complemented by a separate dining area. The dining table comfortably seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar with 2 high bar chairs.
The dining area also has its own patios doors that open out onto the pool deck.
Bedrooms
Master Bedroom
The main master bedroom with its queen size bed and vaulted ceiling is furnished with twin nightstands and lamps and a large chest of drawers. A ceiling fan is also provided for your comfort.
A 14” cable TV has been provided together with a radio alarm clock and Telephone.
There is plenty of storage space in the large walk-in closet which also houses a safe for any personal items you do not wish to carry with you during your stay.
2nd Master Bedroom
The second bedroom is equipped as an additional master bedroom in that it has a
queen size bed, twin nightstands and lamps. Like the main master bedroom it is
equipped with a cable TV, a radio alarm clock and ceiling fan. There is also a large walk in closet and chest of drawers providing excellent storage facilities.
This bedroom is east facing letting you wake up with the early morning sun.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers, a nightstand and lamp. It also has a large closet where you will find an assortment of books, jigsaws and a compendium of games. The bedroom like the other two is equipped with a cable TV and is also East facing.
All bed linen and pillows are provided.
2nd Bathroom
Located between bedrooms 2 and 3 the second bathroom provides a semi en-suite facility.
This features a bath with integral shower above, a basin set in a vanity unit and WC. Adjacent to this bathroom you will find a storage cupboard with a generous supply of towels and a further hairdryer.
Games Room
We have converted the garage into a games room with a 7' Pool Table all ready for you to rack them up. We can’t guarantee you will make a living playing pool but you can have fun practising.
Pool Deck Area
The outside deck area which has both a south and a west facing aspect embraces a 26' by 13' pool and a hot tub. The pool depth ranges from 3' at one end graduating to 5'6” at the deepest point. It is a wonderful way to relax after a hard day in the parks or on the golf course.
The pool deck area is enclosed by a mesh cage, this has the advantage of keeping out the “wild life” but does not restrict you topping up your tan!
Separate beach towels have been provided for your use on the pool deck area.
For guests with children the pool can be fully protected using a removable safety fence giving you peace of mind.
Amenities
Tuscan Hills also boasts a magnificant fully air conditioned club house for the exclusive use of residents. In the club house there is a very well equipped fitness room or you can relax in the luxurious lounge.
There is also a games room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey table and a bar football table.
Outside there is a tennis court, a beach volley ball court, a 'tot lot' play area and a palm garden.
