Living Area

Family Room
Our spacious family room is bright with a view which overlooks the pool area the large dry lake and the trees in the distance. It is luxuriously carpeted and offers comfortable seating and a large 32" LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii games console (with a games). Access to the pool is through the glass sliding doors that fill one end of the room.

We also boast aSeperate Den Area...

This area has a queen sized sleeper-sofa, TV, DVD and a Playstation 2 with various games for all ages. We also have our PC here with high speed wireless internet acess.

Kitchen

Kitchen
Our large kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need, it really is a home from home. Expect to find a large Fridge/Freezer (with ice making) oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher and all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and plastic crockery for outside use, along with lots of bright crockery, cups and plates for our younger guests. We also have an under unit radio so you can listen while you cook !

Dining Area

Dining Area
This is adjacent to the Kitchen and we have a large stylish dinning table and chairs. We also have a high chair for our younger guests and just off the dining area is a Laundy Room consisting of a large Washer, Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom 1
This lovely room overlooks the pool area and also the dry lake area to the rear of our property with trees in the distance. The room has a TV (with cable), DVD player a large walk in wardrobe and large ensuite. The ensuite consists of 'his and hers' sinks, a large sunken corner bathtub, seperate WC and a large double walk-in shower. The bedroom also has its own door the the pool area and a King Sized Bed.

Master Bedroom 2
Another stunning bedroom with a King Sized bed, TV with cable a very large walk in wardrobe and its own en-suite. This en-suite consists of a large shower, sink and WC. This bedroom also has its own access to the pool area.

Bedroom 3
This room has 2 single beds, TV with cable and large fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 4 (Disney Themed Room)
One of my favourite rooms this one ! - Again 2 single beds, with bright red tubular frames and colourful bed covers. We have also recently added some bright chunky furniture including a chest of drawers, bed table, small table with 4 stools. We have also got a special Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player along with lots of DVD's. There are lots of Disney Character soft toys and two dressing up boxes full of fun things to dress up in for both girls and boys!

We also supply Free of Charge a Cot, Crib & Bed Guard for your use if so required.

Shared Bathroom
This 3rd bathroom is shared between bedroom 3 & 4 and consists of a bath/shower, WC and sink. It is situated between the two bedrooms so easy access for both.

Games Room

Games Room
The large double garage has been converted into a carpeted games room. We have a large 6ft Pool table, air-hockey table, dart board and lots of board games. We have recently added a large TV with cable and a small music system.

Pool Deck Area

Pool/Spa and Deck Area
The pool, spa and deck area is just gorgeous. We have had our decking extended so you are able to catch those Floridian sun-rays all day long. The whole area is not overlooked at all and our neighbouring homes are approximatey 50 feet away. The area is very quiety and peaceful and so you are able to totally relax. The whole area is screened to keep bugs out and children in ! We have a safety fence that can be used for small children and will prevet them accessing the pool without adult supervision.
We have a large paio table, luxury chairs and sun loungers all to enable you to have some Al fresco dining, relax by the pool and sunbathing. The pool and decking is checked regularly so you can be sure it is always clean and safe to swim in. We have pool lights and also extra lights to enable you to sit out in those warm evenings. Pool heating is availabile if required.

Floats and toys for the pool area along with a baby float.
